人的全面发展与高校青年教师师德研究

【摘要】 随着我国高等教育事业的发展,高校青年教师正在成为高校教书育人的主力军和生力军,高校青年教师在给高校教师队伍的发展带来生机与活力的同时,由于部分人不重视师德修养,师德状况相对较差,难以适应真正履行教师神圣职责的需要。青年教师在师德建设上相对薄弱,没有达到全面发展,同时也阻碍了大学生的全面发展。本文在研究的过程中从高校青年教师师德形成和发展的特殊性及其时代性出发,用马克思主义关于人的全面发展的理论为指导,对高校青年教师师德建设进行分析论述。用人的全面发展理论来审视高校青年教师的师德建设,高校青年教师师德的相对缺失,需要以“人的全面发展”理论来构建高校青年教师的师德建设的体制和运行机制,从而不断提高高校青年教师师德建设的针对性和实效性。

【Abstract】 Along with the universities’ development, the young teacher is becoming the main army in education. While the universities young teacher brings the vitality and vigor to the teacher troop, the teacher’s ethics condition is bad comparing with the senior teacher because partial teacher do not take the teacher’s ethics tutelage seriously, and then can not fit in with the needs of fulfilling the teacher’s sacred duty. The young teacher is comparatively weak in the teacher’s ethics construction, and has not achieved the full scale development, also has simultaneously hindered the university students’ full scale development. This article pays great attention to the research of form and the development’s particularity, time and regularity of the universities young teacher’s ethics, and using Marx’s "human’s full scale development" theory on the analysis relating with the teacher’s ethics construction. Examining the universities young teacher’s ethics construction with human’s full scale development theory, and discussing relations between person’s full scale development theory and the universities young teacher’s ethics construction under the new situation systematically and comprehensively, instructing the universities young teacher’s ethics construction with "person’s full scale development", enhances the depth and the breadth of the research of universities young teacher teacher’s ethics construction, makes it have pointed, the actual effect and the goal.
