【摘要】 本文从回顾政治文化概念缘起的历程入手,在阐述中外学者对政治文化概念不同理解的基础上,以马克思主义哲学基本原理为依据,论证了从政治心理和政治思想两个维度来界定政治文化内涵的合理性。据此出发,文章分别论述了政治文化与政治及政治文化和谐与政治和谐、政治文化与文化及政治文化和谐与文化和谐之间存在的内在逻辑关系,阐明了在社会和谐视域中政治文化和谐应包括的丰富内涵;分析了我国政治文化和谐的现状,指出当今我国政治文化和谐的一面是主流,进而探究了目前我国政治文化不和谐的主要表现及其成因;并针对这些政治文化不和谐的表现及形成的原因,提出了我国政治文化和谐建设应选择的基本路径,认为应在坚持一元主导下的多元并存原则、继承与创新并重的原则和整合与包容并举的原则的同时,还应注重夯实政治文化和谐的物质基础、巩固政治文化和谐的政治保障、营造政治文化和谐的文化环境。如此,我国政治文化更加和谐乃至社会更加和谐的战略目标,才有望实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 From review the original course of the politics culture concept in elaborating the different understanding of Chinese and foreign scholar to the political culture concept foundation, taking the Marxist philosophy’s basic principle as the basis, The article has proven the rationality to limit the political culture connotation from the two dimensions of political psychology and the political thinking. According to the above embarks, the article elaborated the intrinsic logical relations which exists between the political culture and politics, the political culture harmony and political harmony, the political cultural harmony and the cultural harmony; expounded the political culture harmonious connotation in the harmony scope; analyzed present situation of the politics culture harmony in our country; pointed out now our country politics culture harmony at the same time is a mainstream, then inquired into the present main performance and the origin of that the politics culture is not harmonious in our country; to the reason which these political culture not harmonious factor and forms, the article proposed the basic way of our country’s politics culture harmonious construction, thinking that while we should persist under mono-mechanism leading and the multi-dimensional coexisting principle, pay equal attention to principle of the inheritance and the innovation and conformity developing simultaneously, we should also pay great attention to the ramming politics culture harmonious material base, safeguarding the consolidated political culture harmonious politics and building politics culture harmonious culture environment.
