师范教育改革后高师学生综合素质教育研究

【摘要】 在目前我国市场经济有序推进与高等教育改革不断深化过程中,高师学生面临着招生政策、毕业分配制度和教师资格准入制度的多元化冲击,这无疑对高师学生的综合素质提出了许多新的要求。反观高师学生综合素质现状,在阅读有关文献和对学生进行观察和访谈及其自身工作经验的基础上,不难发现其在思想道德、科学文化、个人能力、身心发展四个方面都存在着诸多问题,严重影响了高师院校学生培养的质量与效益。针对上述高师学生综合素质教育的种种不足,本文提出包括招生管理制度合理化、高师教学计划和课程设置的优化、学生管理相关部门工作的深化、辅导员和班主任工作的细化四个方面在内的一整套既相互独立又彼此联系的相关对策,力图为新时期高师学生自身的发展和高师学生综合素质教育的实践提供一些有益的尝试和建议。

【Abstract】 In the development process of market economy in China and higher education reform, students in normal university(SNU) face with the impact of admissions policies, graduation distribution and access to qualified teachers system ,which no doubt provides many new requirements to SNU . But examining the status of general quality education of SNU, the writer finds that there are many questions including the ideology and morality, science and culture, personal ability, physical and mental development on the basis of the literature research, observation and interviews on SNU, seriously affecting the educational quality and effectiveness of SNU. As to inadequacies of SNU, this article suggests a set of four aspects of countermeasures: rationalization of admissions policies, optimization of curriculum and teaching plan, deepening of the working of the student management departments, improvements of working of counselors and headteachers in order to provide some useful recommendations to the development of SNU and their general quality education.
