区域教师专业发展研究

【摘要】 教师专业发展是当前教师研究的热点问题。本文以吴江市区域内的小学骨干教师尤其是小学语文和数学骨干教师培训班学员为研究对象,对吴江市区域范围内小学骨干教师成长进行实证考察,力图探求吴江市小学骨干教师成长之路。本文首先从理论探究入手,讨论了骨干教师、教师专业化和教师专业发展、区域教师专业发展的基本含义,分析了小学骨干教师的角色、素养和类型;其次,以吴江市小学语文和数学骨干教师为研究对象开展了人格调查和现状调查,并研究了吴江市小学骨干教师成长的阶段和影响因素;最后,在实证考察和实践的基础上,提出了区域小学骨干教师成长的基本策略和特殊策略,并以区域小学骨干教师成长的两个个案加以佐证。

【Abstract】 Teachers’ professional development is the hot issue of teacher research for the present. This essay focuses on an empirical research on the backbone primary-school teachers in Wujiang, the teachers of the backbone primary school Chinese and maths teachers training class in particular, and explores the ways of backbone primary-school teachers’ professional development in Wujiang.This essay starts with relative theories, discusses the basic definitions of backbone teachers, teachers’ professionalization, teachers’ professional development and local teachers’ professional development and analyzes the roles, qualities and types of the backbone primary-school teachers. This essay then focuses on a research on the personality and status of the backbone primary-school Chinese and maths teachers and analyzes the stages and factors of the development of the backbone primary-school teachers in Wujiang, On the basis of the empirical research and practice, this essay proposes the basic and special strategy of the development of local backbone primary-school teachers, which proved by two specific cases of the development of backbone primary-school teacher.
