高职院校专业培养课程体系研究

【摘要】 本文通过对苏州地区几所高等院校的旅游专业课程体系的剖析,来分析目前高等职业院校(以下简称高职院校)的旅游教育与社会结构和经济结构变革的不相适应状况,并以苏州市职业大学旅游管理专业为例,提出了高职院校的专业市场定位应采取错位竞争的方式,在具体的教学改革中,采取课程的横向管理模式和“整体.局部.整体”的教学流程,以取代传统的“五段式”专业管理模式,并采用分层教学、分类指导的方式,以实现人的全面发展。全文共分五个部分:第一部分:引言部分。分析目前高职院校课程体系改革的社会和经济背景,苏州地方高校旅游管理专业面临的机遇和挑战,提出专业的课程体系改革问题。第二部分:旅游教育的现状和问题的分析。提出错位竞争和专业特色是旅游教育走可持续发展道路的正确途径。第三部分:正确的专业定位是课程改革的前提。从旅游管理专业的培养目标、市场定位、职业素质及职业能力要求三个方面进行论述。第四部分:以苏州市职业大学旅游管理专业为例,分析目前课程设置中的“任务能力观”与“整体能力观”。第五部分:在分析传统课程模式缺陷的基础上提出入本化的课程设计原则和岗位细化的课程模式。采用多元化的教学组合,用课程横向管理替代传统意义上的专业管理,以课程小组替代原先的专业小组进行课程管理和实际操作。

【Abstract】 Based on the study of the curriculum system of the tourism management programs of several colleges within Suzhou area, the dissertation analyzes the unsuitability between the tourism education of the current vocational college, and the reform of economic structure and social structure. Based on case study of the tourism management program at Suzhou Vocational College, it proposes non head- to- head competition for the program market orientation of vocational college. Practically for the education reform, it should take the level curriculum management and education procedure of "whole, partial, and whole"to replace the traditional "five steps"program management mode. Also, it should take multi level teaching, and multi category instruction style in order to develop the students comprehensively.There are five sections:Section one: Introduction. It presents the reform issues of curriculum system based on the analysis of the social and economic background of the curriculum system reform of the current vocational college, and the opportunities and risks of the tourism management program of the Suzhou local vocational college.Section Two: It analyzes the status quo, and the issues of the tourism education. It argues that non head to head competition and program specification is the correct way for the sustainable growth of the tourism education.Section Three: The right program positioning is the precondition of curriculum reform. It elaborates based on the three segments of tourism management program: objectives of cultivation, market positioning, professional qualitym, and professional capability.Section Four: Based on the case study of the tourism management program of Suzhou Vocational College, it analyzes the current curriculum setting issues of "the viewpoint of the assignment capability" and "the view point of the integrity capability"Section Five: Based on the analysis of the limitation of the traditional curriculum model, it proposes the principle of the personal degree structure and the curriculum model of post sub-division. It argues for the combination of multi-cell learning-teaching model, the level curriculum management model to replace the traditional program management, and the curriculum team to replace the original program team in order to proceed the course management and practice.
