品德结构理论及其对中学德育工作的启示

【摘要】 认识中学生品德结构及其形成和发展的一系列问题,掌握当代中学生品德心理形成与发展的一般规律及其特殊性,是增强中学德育工作的科学性、针对性和实效性,促进中学生良好思想品质形成与发展的必要前提。本文从品德、结构和品德结构的涵义,以及影响中学生思想品德形成与发展的各种因素着手,阐述了当代中学生思想品德形成与发展的一些问题,并在此基础上,探讨了中学生思想品德形成与发展的过程、机制、阶段和特点,揭示了中学生思想品德形成与发展的一般规律和特殊规律,进而论述了研究中学生思想品德形成和发展的目标、方法问题,对加强和改进中学德育工作所具有的重要启示意义。

【Abstract】 There are two essential premises to make moral education in middle school scientific、pointed and effective, and advance the formation and development of middle school students’ Ideological Cultivation. On one hand, it is important to have a better understanding of middle school students’ mental structure of morality and the problems arising in the formation and development of it; on the other hand, it is also necessary to master the general rules as well as the particularity of the development and formation of modern middle school students’ moral psychology. This article starts with the introduction of the definition of morality, structure and moral structure and various factors that affect the formation and development of middle school students’ Ideological Cultivation; then the article expounds the problems appearing in the formation and development of middle school students’ Ideological Cultivation. Based on it, the article explores the process, mechanism, stages and features of the formation and development of middle school students’ Ideological Cultivation and shows the general rules as well as the particularity of the development and formation of modern middle school students’ moral psychology. Furthermore, it exposits the aims and methods of making a research on the formation and development of middle school students’ Ideological Cultivation, which has a great enlightenment significance to strengthening and improving the moral education in middle school.
