苏州旅游业人力资源研究

【摘要】 进入21世纪以来,人力资源开发与管理的重要性已经在各个行业日益凸现出来,服务行业的表现尤为明显,人力资本的质量高低已经成为决定旅游业竞争力大小的关键性因素。本文首先对苏州旅游业人力资源的发展历程作了梳理回顾,总结出三个阶段的历史分期;同时依据调查统计资料,从基本素质、员工流动、企业需求、薪酬体系、教育科研队伍、潜在人力资源等方面对苏州旅游业人力资源的现状展开研究,深入探讨其中存在的六大制约性因素,并分析问题的成因所在;在此基础上,结合现代人力资源管理理论提出切实的提升策略。通过本文的研究,希望能够为苏州市旅游业的健康、快速发展提供一些有益的参考。

【Abstract】 In the 21st century, the development and management of human resources have become more and more important in each industry. The trend is obvious in service industry. The quality of human capital has become a crucial factor on tourism industry competitiveness.First, this thesis reviews the development process of tourism human resources in Suzhou. The process is divided into different periods. Then based on statistical data, it analyses the present situation of tourism human resources in Suzhou from basic qualities、staff flow、enterprise demand、salary system、education research staff and potential human resources. The article discusses six restricted factors and analyses the causes of these problems. In the end, with the theory of modern human resource management, the paper offers some feasible strategies and resolutions. This thesis is written for the purpose to give some advices for the development of tourism in Suzhou.
