【摘要】 时至今日,云南省艾滋病流行形势依然严峻,社区健康教育对艾滋病的预防控制有着非常重要的作用和意义。本文在云南全省范围内根据艾滋病流行高中低的程度和专家建议抽取了具有代表性的六个县区,通过问卷调查和个人深入访谈,定性与定量相结合的方法,对社区内居民艾滋病相关知识及其行为、态度、获取途径,以及社区内健康教育资源与服务提供现状进行描述性研究,为促进我省社区预防控制艾滋病健康教育的开展提供依据。研究结果显示:社区居民艾滋病相关知识缺乏,认识不全面,存在一定的歧视倾向,艾滋病获取信息突进相对单一;社区健康教育无专业人员,也无经费保证,多数为完成项目而开展的相应教育活动,社区预防控制艾滋病健康教育尚处于起步阶段。针对问题,本研究提出对策和建议为:1.搭建社区健康教育平台迫在眉睫。2.发挥政府领导作用,尽快落实社区健康教育工作人员和经费,保证健康教育工作顺利开展。3.适应社区居民的需求开展适宜、可行、针对性强的健康教育工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays, the epidemic actuality of Yunnan province is still grimness. Community health education is important to preventing and controlling HIV/AIDS. According to the experts’ suggestions and the epidemic extent of different counties, we spot-checked 6 cross-sectional counties. Via questionnaire-investigate, individual visitation, determine the nature and quantify, we did in-depth, comprehensive study not only on community residents’ knowledge, attitude and behaviors about HIV/AIDS, but also on the health department in charge and community sanitation service organization to lucubrate the status in quo of community health education. Then we can offer warranties to develop community sanitation service.Results: community residents’ knowledge on are lack, partially and discrimination tendency, they got information form single approach. There aren’t professionals on and platitudinous capital support. Most of CHE activities are to achieve some projects. Community Health Education about HIV/AIDS prevention is underway.Suggestions: 1. It is desiderated to establish a CHE system. 2. Government is to play a leadership role to implement ate community health education staff and funding and ensure CHE develop successfully. 3. develop a feasible and pertinently CHE system to adapt to the needs of community residents.更多还原
