【摘要】 社会竞争日趋激烈的今天,人们对健康给予了更多的关注和重视,在未来的生活中,健身将成为人们首选的生活方式。全民健身计划的实施引发了健身娱乐市场的空前发展,而市场的需求和社会分工的细化则导致了健身私人教练的产生。市场的庞大需求面前,健身私人教练队伍得到了快速壮大,成为21世纪最热门的职业之一,但是,正因为其发展过于迅速,所以在发展的过程遗留很多问题,因此本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计等研究方法,对武汉市大型健身俱乐部健身私人教练的发展现状进行了调查发现,武汉市健身私人教练就整体而言,年龄结构趋于年轻化;教育程度较高;教龄较短;指导内容和地点单一;社会培训市场鱼目混杂,资格认证混乱;没有相关的法律法规制度等特点,并在此基础上提出以下建议:要充分利用社会资源,提高私人健身俱乐部的整体素质;可以与高校体育教育结合,联合培养健身私人教练;国家有关行政部门应尽快建立权威的健身私人教练职业资格认证制度,建立统一规范的健身私人教练评估体系和考核标准;有关部门应尽快草拟、出台我国“健身私人教练员”管理的法规系列文件;武汉市建立健身私人教练行业协会,从而规范健身私人教练培训市场。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the modern society with fierce competition, people has attached great importance to the health, therefore, in our future life, fitness may become the ideal way of living. The implementation of "the outline of the nationwide fitness plan" has led to the unparalleled development of entertainment market, while the further job division and the requirement of market has in turn caused the advent of personal instructor. Faced with the enormous requirement of the market, the team of personal instructor has grown greatly to become one of the hottest professions in the 21st century. However, because its development advanced too quickly, many problems left behind in the process of development. Therefore, many approaches such as literary review, questionnaire, interview, field interview and symbolic statistics are used to make a survey on the current development of personal instructor in some of the large fitness clubs in Wuhan City. The author finds out that generally speaking, the age framework of the personal instructor in Wuhan has become younger and accepted more education. However, the experience they have is relatively inefficient, the content and spot of fitness lessons are relatively simplex and the current training market is mixed with good and evil with various kinds of qualifications. In addition, this market is also lack of the related laws and regulations. Therefore, the author puts forward the following suggestions: to fully make use of the social resources to raise the general qualities of personal fitness clubs; to cooperate with the physical education of colleges to train personal instructor; authoritative certification mechanism should be set up by the related administrative departments as soon as possible to build up a uniform and standardized evaluating system and assessing standard; the managerial regulation of personal instructor should be worked out and put into practice by the related departments; the Personal instructor Association in Wuhan should also be built up to standardize the training market of personal instructor.更多还原
