【摘要】 非物质文化遗产(下文简称“非遗”),是人类长期积累的文化瑰宝。它不仅是各民族自我认同的历史凭证,也是各民族得以延续的命脉。它与其他历史遗存共同构成了世界文化遗产的重要组成部分。我国“非遗”承载着中华民族的独特思维方式,是捍卫国家文化主权和维护国民文化身份的根本依据。合理保护和利用“非遗”,对于培育民族精神、建设先进文化、构建和谐社会、推动人类文明进步等均具有十分重大的意义。随着经济全球化和社会现代化步伐的不断加快,我国“非遗”的保护面临严峻的形势,很多矛盾凸显。因此,本文立足于“荆楚非遗”的现状,试图突破传统思维的禁囿,运用多科学交叉的方法,探讨“荆楚非遗”的涵义、基本特征、保护与开发的意义、保护与开发的现状,以期发现其保护与开发过程中存在的问题,并从国内外的经验中寻找保护与开发模式的理论依据和参照物,从而为“荆楚非遗”的保护与开发提供借鉴。论文的绪论主要交代了选题的缘由并对近年来“荆楚非遗”的理论研究的进展情况进行了综述,介绍了本文的研究内容和框架以及所采用的研究方法。第一章主要探讨了“非遗”的涵义和基本特征以及“非遗”保护与开发的现实意义。第二章从历史的角度,比较全面地分析了“荆楚非遗”的保护与开发的现状,其中包括“荆楚非遗”的主要类型及其典型代表的流布情况、“荆楚非遗”保护与开发的历程及其成果、“荆楚非遗”保护与开发存在的局限。第三章基于“荆楚非遗”资源的现状,以案例的方式进行实证研究,比较深入地探究了的八种具有可操作性和推广性的保护与开发模式,力图为“荆楚非遗”保护与开发模式的构建一种基础性的框架。最后,本文对“荆楚非遗”保护与开发情况作了简要的回顾和评述,并对未来“荆楚非遗”保护与开发模式的研究趋势进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Intangible cultural heritage is the cultural treasure (we will abbreviate it as "非遗" in Chinese in the following paper) , which has been accumulated by various nationalities since long. It is not only the historical certification of national self-identification, but also the lifeblood by which a nation can last to the future. The intangible cultural heritage constitutes the Chinese cultural wealth together with other historical remnants, and it also becomes the important component of world cultural heritage. The Chinese intangible cultural heritage bears the weight of Chinese nation’s unique thinking mode. And it is the basis of guarding the national culture sovereignty and maintaining the national culture status. It’s very significant for us to protect and use the intangible cultural heritage reasonably for cultivating national spirit, constructing advanced culture, constructing harmonious society, impelling the human civilization, etc.However, with the unceasing quickening steps of economic globalization and social modernization, our intangible cultural heritage’s protection is facing with stern situation, and many contradictions are exposing out. Therefore, this article tries to discuss the implication, the essential features, the significance of protection and exploitation, the present situation of the protection and exploitation of Jingchu intangible cultural heritage, based on its present situation, attempting to breakthrough the imprisonment of traditional thought, utilizing the multi-science overlapping method, hoping to discover the problems existing in its protection and exploitation. And the author wants to seek for theory basis and frame of reference of protection and exploitation patterns from the domestic and foreign experience. Thus, we can provide some references for the protection and exploitation of Jingchu intangible cultural heritage.The introduction of this paper has mainly confessed the reason for selecting topic and has carried on the summary of the fundamental research progress of Jingchu intangible cultural heritage in recent years. And it has introduced the research content and the frame as well as the researching technique used in this paper.The first chapter has mainly discussed the implication and the essential features of intangible cultural heritage and the practical significance of protection and exploitation of intangible cultural heritage. The second chapter, from the historical angle, has analyzed the present situation of the protection and exploitation quite comprehensively, including the disseminating situations of predominant types and typical representatives of Jingchu intangible cultural heritage, the course and the achievement of the protection and exploitation of Jingchu intangible cultural heritage, the limitation existing during the course of protection and exploitation of Jingchu intangible cultural heritage. The third chapter has conducted the empirical study by case, based on the present situation of the resources of Jingchu intangible cultural heritage, and has inquired thoroughly into eight kinds of exploitation patterns that have feasibility and promotion. The author tries hard to construct one kind of foundational frame of protection and exploitation pattern for Jingchu intangible cultural heritage. Finally, this article has made a brief review and narration of the situation of protection and exploitation of Jingchu intangible cultural heritage, and has carried on a forecast for research tendency in the future of the protection and exploitation pattern of Jingchu intangible cultural heritage.更多还原
