中学地理个性化教学的理论研究与实践

【摘要】 新课程改革的宗旨是“为了每个学生的发展,为了学生的全面发展”,但是学生是千差万别的,正是这种差异性构成了学生发展的个性特色。国内外学者就此进行了一系列的个性化教学的理论与实践研究。在此基础上,作者探讨目前地理个性化教学的理论与实践,以期促进每个学生的发展。本文的中心论题是“中学地理个性化教学”。围绕这一论题,本文用四个部分分别讨论了个性化教学及其教育价值,中学地理个性化教学的涵义及特点,中学地理个性化教学的理论探讨,中学地理个性化教学的实践探索。第一部分:到目前为止,对个性化教学的涵义还没有统一的定论,综合不同的解释,我们认为个性化教学就是为了适应学生个体差异和发展的多样性,教师不断调整教学方法、形式、创设个性化的教学环境,促进个体人格健康发展的教学活动。在个性化教学中,教学活动是在考虑了学生的个体差异的基础上进行的,学生是积极主动的,教学手段是多样的。作为素质教育的目标,个性化教学的教育价值就是要促进学生个性的发展,形成民主平等的主体间性的师生关系。第二部分:中学地理个性化教学是个性化教学在地理学科的具体应用,所以中学地理个性化教学就是以地理教学理论和课程理论为指导,在多元智能理论、人本主义思想等的基础上,遵循因材施教的原则,以促进学生的个性发展为目标的教学。它具有教学理念人性化、教学目标多样化、教学内容生活化、体现学生个性差异性等特点。第三部分:对中学地理个性化教学的理论探讨主要从实施的条件、实施的原则两个方面分析。第四部分:笔者从地理教学设计和地理教学过程、地理教学评价和地理课程资源等几个方面进行了实践探索,设置实验班和对照班进行对照,对实验班也进行了实施前后的对比分析.结论是由于地理个性化教学是在了解个体需要的基础上,提供了更多的学习方法,有效地照顾了学生的差异,所以在地理学习的过程中,每个学生的潜能得到充分施展,学生的个性获得不同程度的发展。在本文的最后,作者进行了前瞻性分析,即随着地理教学改革的深入,信息技术的广泛应用,班级规模的不断缩减,中学地理个性化教学实现的程度将会更大。

【Abstract】 The new curriculum reform aims at " the development of each student, the overall development of students," but students are different, which constitutes respective characteristics of students’ personality development. Domestic and foreign scholars conduct a series of researches on the theory and practice about personalized teaching. On such basis, the author discusses the theory and practice on the current "personalized teaching of geography in middle school", to promote the development of each student.The thesis focuses on the topic of "personalized teaching of geography in middle school". Under this proposition, the thesis is mainly divided into four parts: personalized teaching and the educational value, the definition of "personalized teaching of geography in middle school" and its characters, the discussion of key stone of "personalized teaching of geography in middle school", and the practical exploration of "personalized teaching of geography in middle school".The first part: the meaning of personalized teaching still remain to be an open question. different interpretations. After the conbination of all kinds of explana, we can conclude that the definition of personalized teaching is a teaching activity in which teachers continually transform methods, form and creat an advantegeous learning enviroments to adapt different personality and needs of students to promote the development students’ personality in a healthy way. When we adopt the methods of personalized teaching, the teaching activities is basing on the individual differences of students, in which students can be treated as active and teaching methods are various. As the goal of education for all-around development, the educational value of personalized teaching is to promote the development of students’ personality and to form an equal and democratic relationship between teachers and students.The second part: as geography personalized teaching in middle school is the specific application of individualize. in geographic subjects ,the teaching is guided by geography teaching theories and curriculum theories, based on the multiple intelligences theory and human ideology, abided by the principle of individualized, aimed at promoting students’ personality development. It has several characters: teaching philosophy of human nature, diversification of teaching goal,making teaching content close to life, reflecting different personality of students. The third part: the discussion of theory on "personalized teaching of geography in middle school "mainly includes conditions and principles.The fourth part: I make the practical exploration by setting experiment class and comparison class which bases on geography curriculum resources and the design, process and evaluation of geography teaching. I compare the effect between the experiment class and the comparison class,and I also analyze the result of the experiment class before and after I implement personalized teaching.The conclusion is that because the individualized teaching of geography is on the base of understanding individual needs, provides more learning methods ,and considers the differences in students, in the process of learning geography ,the potential of every student is brought into full play, and the personality of students is developped at various levels.Finally, I make a forward-looking analysis, that is, as the reform of the geography teaching deepening,the extensive application of information technology, continueing to reduce class size, the level of "personalized teaching of geography in middle school "will be even greater.
