历史题材教育游戏的设计研究

【摘要】 教育游戏是在计算机科技迅猛发展的环境下,由网络游戏与教育教学相结合而产生的新事物。教育游戏既有游戏的乐趣和吸引力,又在其中渗透知识、情感等教育因素,让游戏者在休闲娱乐的过程中得到知识的熏陶,能力的提高和精神的陶冶。教育游戏正逐渐成为兼顾教学与娱乐的新型学习资源。论文从游戏设计理论出发,紧密结合历史学科特点,对历史题材教育游戏的设计进行了深入研究。首先,论文站在教育游戏基本理论研究的基础上,深入分析了历史题材教育游戏的现实价值。通过对历史学科特点的分析,对历史题材教育游戏的需求、特点、优势的总结,论文得出以下结论:历史题材教育游戏既可以弥补历史教学资源陈旧的现状,又可以使原来的单向教育转变为互动教育,改善教学效果,是在新课改环境下对历史学科进行创新教育的重要手段。继而,论文在全面分析游戏设计理论的基础上,结合历史内容学习的特点,在游戏理论、学习理论等思想的指导下,对历史题材教育游戏中各要素的设计进行了深入地总结与归纳,并且结合实例具体说明,主要包括界面设计、角色设计、互动设计、挑战设计、激励机制设计和剧情设计。历史题材教育游戏的设计工作,实际上是根据历史内容特点,对游戏的一种创造性改造,使其在具有游戏特性的同时,更适合于历史内容的学习。因此,历史题材教育游戏的设计理论,是对游戏设计理论的拓展和延伸。论文在理论探究的基础上,以辛亥革命为背景,设计制作了一款名为《历史任务急速对对碰》的小型游戏,以印证文中的理论成果。在游戏过程中,学生感觉不到历史知识点单调与枯燥,而是不知不觉融入游戏的情境,在操作、探索中学习到历史知识,开阔了视野,陶冶了民族情感。希望这款小游戏的设计开发,能够以小见大,使历史题材教育游戏的优势得到充分体现。此外,论文对该游戏的设计思想、游戏框架和功能实现进行了全面的介绍。最后,论文对本课题研究中的收获和不足做了简单的概述。在本课题的研究过程中,笔者对教育游戏的设计与开发有了深入的了解,同时也清楚地意识到教育技术应该与教学实践紧密联系,以发挥更强大的作用。但是由于多种客观条件的制约,本课题的案例研究不够完善,需要进一步改进。

【Abstract】 The educational game is a new thing produced by the combination of network game and the education and teaching under the rapid developing of computer science and technology. The educational game has the pleasure and attraction of game, but also companied with the knowledge and emotion education simultaneously. It promotes the player obtaining knowledge, enhancing ability and molding spirit gradually in the process of leisure entertaining. The educational game is becoming a new study resources balanced with instruction and entertainment gradually. This paper deeply studied the design of Educational Game of Historical Theme (EGHT), with the beginning of the theory of game design and binding the characteristic of historical discipline closely.First, the paper thoroughly analyzed the realistic value of EGHT in the basis of elementary theories of educational games. Through the analysis of the characteristic of historical discipline, the summaries of demand, characteristic, superiority of EGHT, the author concluded that EGHT can make up the obsolete historical teaching resources and transform original unidirectional education into interactive education. The teaching effect is improved. It is an important method to carry on the educational innovation to historical discipline under new lesson reform environment.Subsequently, the paper summarized and generalized the design of each factor in EGHT, with concrete example explanation under the instructions of game and learning theory, based on the comprehensive analysis of game design, combining with the characteristic of history course learning. It mainly included the design of surface, role, interaction, challenge, drive mechanism and plot. In fact, the design of EGHT is one kind of creative transformation of game according to the characteristic of historical content. It suits in the learning of historical content more, and meanwhile it has the characteristic of game. Therefore, the design theory of EGHT is the development and extension of normal game design.The Author designed a small game named "Rapid Bump of Historic task" taking the 1911 Revolution as background based on the theories, trying to verify the theory achievement proposed in this article. In the gaming process, the students would not feel monotonous and full of historical knowledge, but enter into the situation of game unconsciously. They learn the historical knowledge in the process of operating and exploring. Their vision will be widened and national emotion will be edified also. Author hoped that this small game can manifest the superiority of EGHT fully. In addition, the design thought, game frame and function realization of this game are introduced comprehensively in this paper.Finally, the harvest and insufficiency of this research are summarized briefly. The author got deeper cognition of the design and development of educational game during the process of this research, and also realized clearly that educational technology should be in accordance with teaching practice closely in order to play a more important role. Because of the restriction of many objective conditions, however, the study of the case in this research was not perfect, and was in need of further improvement.
