论创造型教师及成长

A Study on Creativity-oriented Instructor and Growth

【摘要】 培养学生的创新精神和创造能力是当今教育的重要目标之一。然而,在教育实践活动中,对学生创造精神和能力培养的效果却并不理想,这在很大程度上与教师的创造素养有关。学生的创造性与教师的创造性有着很高的相关性,一个社会所拥有的创造型教师越多,就越有利于学生创造性的培养。什么是创造型教师?创造型教师的特征有哪些?我国创造型教师缺失的原因是什么?创造型教师的成长之路如何?文章综合运用了调查法、文献法等多种研究方法,从三个部分探讨了创造型教师的内涵、特征与成长之路。第一部分首先以创造性的心理学研究成果为基础,探讨了创造型教师的内涵。创造型教师不仅具有一般创造型人才的思维和个性特征,还具有其职业本质表现出的独特的行为特征,因此本文认为,创造型教师是指那些善于吸收最新教育科研成果,能创造性地将其运用于教育教学工作中,并能用自己独特的教育理解,发现和创设有利的教育条件,促进学生素质结构全面、和谐、充分发展的教师。紧接着,笔者借助于调查法和文献法等多种方法分析了创造型教师的特征,这些特征主要涉及创造型教师的职业动机水平、价值取向、知能结构等方面。第二部分分析了我国创造型教师缺失的原因,主要在于教师创造性的缺失。首先分析了教师创造性缺失的主要表现,即创造意识薄弱:创造空间狭小、创造精神不足;创造动机异化、创造目标错位,接着重点剖析了教师创造性缺失的原因,主要在于教育者自身因素、学校环境的影响和社会文化因素的作用。最后一部分提出了创造型教师的成长之路:充分发挥教师的主体精神;构建一体化的教师教育创新体系;构建有利于创造型教师培养的环境与机制。

【Abstract】 Cultivating student’s spirit of innovation and creative ability are one of the important instructional goals. However, the result is not ideal in the practice. The reason is relevant to instructor’s creative literacy to a great extent. The student’s creation has closely connected with instructor’s. More creativity-oriented instructors in society are more benefit for training creative ability of student. What’s the creativity-oriented instructor? What are the characteristics of creativity-oriented instructor? What’s the reason that led to lack creativity-oriented instructor? How to cultivate the creativity-oriented instructor?The paper is composed of connotation, characteristics and growth of creativity-oriented instructor based on using some research methods, such as survey, literature, and so on.Firstly, the paper explores the connotation of creativity-oriented instructor based on the research result of creative psychology. The creativity-oriented instructor has the thought and individual characteristics all creativity-oriented people have. In addition, it has unique behavior characteristics which can demonstrate the professional essence. So the paper believes creativity-oriented instructor is the instructor who can be good at utilizing the newest educational and scientific research achievement in educational and instructional activities, and can find and construct beneficial educational conditions by using unique understanding in order to promote the development of student’s quality structure in comprehensive, in harmonious, in full. Then, the paper analyzes the characteristics of creativity-oriented instructor which involve professional motivation level, value orientation, knowledge-ability structure through using survey and literature methods.Secondly, the paper thinks the result of the lacking creativity-oriented instructor is the instructor lacks creation. Lacking creation to instructor has many manifestations, such as, weak creative consciousness, narrow creative space, lacking creative spirit, dissimilated creative motivation, dislocated creative goals, and so on. The personal factors of instructor influence of school environment and social and culture factors are credited as the main reasons that instructor lacks creation.Thirdly, the paper says it’s necessary and important to train the creativity-oriented instructor that bringing the instructor’s independent spirit into full play, constructing integrated instructor-education creative system, creating beneficial train environment and mechanism.
