【摘要】 基础教育课程改革,强调课程资源的开发与利用,并对教师的专业化发展提出了前所未有的要求。化学教师在新课程中要有所作为,一方面要不断提高自己的专业发展水平,另一方面也要成为化学课程资源的开发者和利用者。化学教师的专业发展与化学课程资源开发利用是一个互相影响、互相促进的过程。合理开发利用化学课程资源能有效促进化学教师的专业成长:而教师的专业成长又会影响和决定化学课程资源开发利用的程度和水平。论文共分六个部分:第一部分综述课题研究的背景、目的、意义及研究方法、思路等;第二部分阐述了教师专业化与教师专业发展的相关理论,并对化学教师专业发展情况进行了调查分析;第三部分在分析化学课程资源内涵与特点的基础上,对化学课程资源库模块构建进行了阐述:第四部分主要是对化学资源开发与化学教师专业发展的关系进行了论述,并结合具体个案进行了分析;第五部分重在以案例的形式对化学课程资源开发进行了阐述,主要包括化学史资源、社会新闻中的化学资源及化学作业资源等内容;第六部分以实践案例的形式,阐述了现代教育技术手段在化学课程资源开发上的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The curriculum education reform puts emphasis on the development of curriculum resources and makes unprecedentde demands on the teachers’ professional development. If a chemistry teacher wants to make a difference in this new background,on the one hand ,he shoud try to improve his professional development ,on the other hand ,he should become a pioneer in the development of cirriculum resources.The professional development of chemistry teacher intreacts with the development of chemistry cirriculum resources. To develop and make use of chemistry cirriculum resources resonably can promot the professional development of chemistry teacher;The professional development of chemistry teacher will decide the level of the development of chemistry cirriculum resources.The thesis consists of six parts.The first part summanized research background, purpose meaning and the research means.The sencond part deals with some theories of teachres’professionaliztion and professional development and analyses the condition of teachres’professional development by means of research.The third part concerns about the mould construction of chemistry resources on the basis of an analysis of the inner meaning and chanacteristics of chemistry cirrculum resources.The fourth part is about the relationship between the development of chemistry cirriculum resources and the professional development and undertakes an analysis by examples.The fifth part stresses the development of chemistry cirriculum resources through case interview. It consists of chemitry history,chemistry in social news and chemistry homework.The six part expounds the application of modern educational technology to the developmeant of chemistry cirriculum resources.更多还原
