信息化环境下中学校园文化建设研究

【摘要】 校园文化是校园人在教育、教学、管理、服务等活动中创造形成的一切物质形态、精神财富及其创造形成过程。当今,信息社会的飞速发展,网络对人类既有的生存方式和价值观念带来巨大的冲击和震荡的同时,也在迅速地催生出与之相适应的新型的行为方式、制度规范、思维方式和价值观念,校园文化正面临着巨大挑战。面对这种挑战,作为中学的教育工作者,身处传统校园文化之中,如何找到与新型校园文化的契合点,是我们急需思考的问题。面对挑战,进行科学合理的战略设计,实行有效的宏观管理,乃当务之急。当前,基础教育新课程改革正如火如荼地开展,也呼唤与之相适应的新型的校园文化。正是从这个意义出发,本文试图从校园文化的概念、内涵、功能和建设内容谈起,着重分析在社会飞速发展的今天,基础教育深入推行新课程改革的背景下,如何运用现代的信息技术手段,开展新型的校园文化建设。本文共分为:引言;何为校园文化;信息社会发展和新课程改革需要推行新型校园文化;信息化环境给校园文化建设带来新机遇;利用信息技术手段开展校风班风建设;利用信息技术手段建立新型的教师文化;利用信息技术建立新型的学习文化:结语。其中第一部分重在对校园文化的解读。首先对校园文化概念的提出和校园文化的界定作了初步探讨,其次在指出营造中学校园文化的重要性的基础上对校园文化的功能进行了分析。第二部分分析了当前中学校园文化建设出现的信息化背景和新课程改革的要求。第三部分论述了信息化环境给校园文化建设提供了新机遇、新环境。第四部分着眼于中学校园精神文化建设,分别从校风班风、教师文化、学习文化对如何利用信息技术手段建设中学校园文化进行了实践探索,提出了具体措施。

【Abstract】 Campus culture is the sum of all material forms and spiritual wealth and their forming process that the campus people create during education, teaching, management and service, etc.. Nowadays, in this rapidly developing information environment, while the network brings enormous impact and shock to the existing life style and values which the mankind has, it hastens the birth of new behavior manners, system norms, mode of thinking and values in conformity with it, and accordingly brings challenge to the campus culture. In the face of this challenge, the first question for people like us, who are surrounded by the traditional campus culture and carrying on the ideological and political education work in secondary schools, to think deeply is how to get touch with the corresponding point between tradition and newbornings. The top priority is to plan scientific and reasonable strategy and implement effective macro-management. As the new curriculum reform in basic education is launched in full swing, the new campus culture in conformity with it is to be integrant.Exactly proceed from this meaning, this paper, beginning from the concept, intension, function and construction content of the campus culture, attempts to analyze emphatically how to launch the new campus cultural construction by means of modern information technology under the background that the society develops at full speed and the new curriculum reform is being deepened in basic education.The paper divides into: Foreword; What is the culture of the campus; Development of information-based society and new curriculum reform need a new campus culture; Information-based environment brings new opportunities to cultural construction of campus; Utilization of information technology means for school and class spirit construction; Utilization of information technology means for establishment of a new culture of teachers; Utilization of information technology means for establishment of a new learning culture; Conclusion. The first part puts a stress on the interpretation of campus culture. For one thing, it gives a preliminary study on the posing and the definition of the conception of campus culture, and for another, it gives an analysis of the function of campus culture after pointing out the importance of building campus culture in secondary schools. The second part analyzes the information environment during today’s cultural construction of secondary schools and the requirements of the new curriculum reform. Part three discusses the new opportunities and new environment that the information-based environment provides to the campus cultural construction. And Part four focus on the campus spiritual and cultural construction in secondary schools, practically exploring how to utilize information technology means to build campus culture in secondary schools from angles of school and class spirit, teacher’s culture and learning culture, and putting forward the specific measures.
