高职院校学生职业能力培养研究

A Study on Raising the Student’s Vocational Ability of Higher Vocational Colleges

【摘要】 高等职业教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,随着高职教育的发展,很多问题逐渐显现,其中高职院校如何高效培养出具有综合职业能力的学生就成了当今亟待解决的一大问题。本文从职业能力定义入手,分析了职业能力的内涵、构成、特点,然后从高职院校人才培养定位,对职业能力内涵的理解,专业设置,实践教学环节,教师因素和能力的评价体系等方面分析高职院校学生职业能力培养存在的问题以及形成的原因。提高高等职业院校学生职业能力应对措施主要包括以下几个方面:一是转变传统教育观念。主要包括树立符合时代发展的教育观,树立终身职业教育思想等;二是合理设置专业。专业设置要有特色,在专业设置上突出地方性、行业性、市场性和前瞻性。专业口径要有针对性、适应性和融合性等;三是加强“双师型”教师队伍建设。借鉴国外经验,通过多种途径提高教师的个人基本素质和实践操作技能;四是完善实践教学环节,包括建立适合高职教育发展要求的实训基地,实行产学结合,走校企合作道路;五是实施“双证”沟通。在借鉴发达国家成功经验基础上,实行“双证制”,促进培养创新以提高学生技能多样化,适应社会发展的需要;六是实行创业教育;七是建立多元化的教育质量评价体系。

【Abstract】 The higher vocational education is higher education’s important component, along with the quality education’s development, many questions appears gradually, how did the higher vocational colleges raise highly effective have the synthesis vocational ability student to become a major problem which urgently awaits to be solved now.This article obtained from the vocational ability definition, to analyze the vocational ability connotation, the constitution, the characteristic. Then from the higher vocational colleges personnel training localization, to the vocational ability connotation’s understanding, the specialized establishment, the practice teaching link, teacher factor and ability aspects and so on appraisal system analyzes the reason which the higher vocational colleges student vocational ability raise existence the question as well as forms.Enhances the higher vocational colleges student vocational ability counter measures mainly to include the following several aspects: One should transform the traditional vocational idea. Mainly includes sets up conforms to the time development education philosophy, establishes lifelong the vocational education ideology and so on; Two reasonable establishment specialties. The specialized establishment must have the characteristic, in specialized establishment prominent local characteristic, vocationalism, marketability and foresightedness. The specialized caliber must target-oriented, the compatibility and fusion and so on; Three strengthen "the double teacher" the teacher troop construction. Profits from the overseas experience, improves teacher’s individual basic quality and the practice operation skill through many kinds of ways; Four should consummate the time guidance link, suits the quality education development request including the establishment the reality to teach the base, implements produces study the union, takes the school business cooperation path; Five implementations "double card" communication. In profits from the developed country successful experience foundation, implements "the double card system", the promotion raise innovation enhances the student skill diversification, the adaptation social development need; Six implement the undertaking education; Seven establishment multiplication education quality rating system.
