【摘要】 二十一世纪是知识经济时代,新的教育改革浪潮使学校面临时代发展的挑战,知识管理的兴起及运用为学校知识管理提供了前提和条件。也为学校的管理提供新的思路和管理模式。学校知识管理真正的本质是对信息与人员的管理,其目的在于促进教育知识的生产、储存、转移、共享和创新,使学校成为知识型组织,从而促进教师的专业发展。本文采取文献探讨、问卷调查、访谈和案例分析。主要目的在于了解中学教师对学校知识管理的认识现状,分析影响知识管理的因素,进而探讨知识管理对教师专业发展的促进作用。论文的第一部分主要是阐述选题的原因、研究的目的意义及相关个文献综述。通过查阅国内外相关的文献,分析知识管理的起源发展、国内外知识管理的研究现状和教育领域知识管理的研究现状,进而阐述学校知识管理的重要性、目前研究的不足、以及我国对知识管理的关注情况等问题。第二部分是研究的设计与重要的概念界定。主要介绍研究的对象与范围,研究的方法与步骤。第三部分是研究的结果分析。通过知识管理问卷调查,结合采用SPSS统计软件对问卷调查的结果进行分析,比较不同教师背景变项与学校背景变项在知识管理与教师专业发展上的差异情况,再通过讨论知识管理对教师专业发展的关系,发现学校知识管理越佳则教师个体的知识管理越佳,教师个体的知识管理水平越高,更有利于教师的专业发展。结合访谈与案例分析得出的结论进一步证实问卷调查的结果,使研究结论更准确、更有说服力。第四部分根据研究结论提出改进的建议,以供教育有关部门或进一步研究作参考。

【Abstract】 The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy, the new education reform causes the school faced with challenge of era development. The knowledge management started and the utilization has provided the premise and the condition for the school knowledge management, Also provided the new mentality and the management patterns. Based on the theory of knowledge management, the nature of knowledge management in school is the management of information and people, and its aim is the production, storage, transfer, sharing and innovation of education knowledge. It also causes the school to become the knowledge organization, and promote teachers’ development.Literature review、questionnaire survey、interview and case study were conducted in this thesis. The purpose of this thesis was to investigate the current status of the knowledge management and teachers’ professional development in middle schools, to explore the influence factors on knowledge management and teachers’ professional development.The first part is the introduction illustrating the reason and the aim of research and related literature review. On the basis of large quantity of related literature from domestic and abroad, and analyze the origin and the research situation about the domestic and foreign knowledge management and knowledge management in educations domain, and further illustrates the importance, and lack of research at present as well as the attention in domestic. The second part is the designs of research and some important concepts, to introduce the scope and the targets of the research, the methods and the steps. The third part is the results of the research. The factors analyzed by using SPSS statistics software to analyze the data, to examine the correlation between knowledge management and teachers’ professional development, and to analyze the influence of teachers’ background variables, schools’ background variables and knowledge management toward teachers’ professional development. By discussing the function of knowledge management to the teachers’ professional development, we have discovered the school knowledge management cognition good then teacher individual knowledge management cognition better, and the teacher individual knowledge management level is higher. It is more advantageous to teacher’s professional development. the conclusion which obtains through interviews further and case study confirmed the questionnaire survey result, causes the research conclusion to be more accurate and persuasive. Finally, based on the results, suggestions for education administration agencies, middle schools, teachers and future study were proposed.
