【摘要】 建国后,随着成人高等教育的开展,使我国的成人教育层次、体系逐步得到了完善,取得了丰硕成果,形成了成人高等教育的独特的办学体系。但是随着国家教育事业的全面发展,特别是在普通高等教育的快速发展的形势面前,成人高等教育在自身快速发展的同时,也暴露出了许多运行机制和发展模式方面的问题,而这些问题又是关系到成人高等教育发展乃至生存的关键性问题,如不能得到及时有效的解决,将会对成人高等教育带来难以估量的不利影响。本研究从我国成人高等教育存在问题及其成因入手进行了认真的分析研究,提出了解决目前我国成人高等教育存在问题的对策,并对成人高等教育的发展思路进行了有益的探索,提出了构建社区化成人高等教育发展模式的设想。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the founding of the PRC, with the development of adult higher education, the adult education levels and system obtained consummation gradually in our China, having made great achievements and formed a unique adult education school system. However, along with the comprehensive development of country’s education, especially the rapid development of ordinary higher education, while the adult higher education owns fast development at the same time, it also exposes many problems of the operational mechanism and the development mode, which are related to the development of higher education and even survives. If these problems can not be promptly and effectively resolved, it will have an incalculably negative impact on the adult education.This study analyses the current problems and origins of adult higher education in China, and proposes solutions to the problems of China’s adult higher education, and usefully explores development ideas of adult higher education and puts forward the development envisaged of building a community Adult Education mode.更多还原
