铝锭连续铸造机支承件的稳定性分析

【摘要】 近年来,由于国内外市场铝材料的生产量和消费量迅猛增长,铝冶炼设备有着广阔的市场前景。重熔用铝锭连续铸造机是电解铝的关键设备,以其较高的自动化程度和生产率在电解铝行业中得到了广泛应用,铝锭连续铸造机机型大致经历了5t/h、9t/h、16t/h、22t/h和28t/h等阶段,同时铸造机的自动化程度不断提高。由此看见,铝锭连续铸造机的发展趋势是:高生产率、高自动化程度以及良好的成品铝锭表面平整度。成品铝锭表面平整度是衡量铝锭连续铸造机性能的一个重要指标,其取决于传动链和铸模的运行平稳性。支承件是铸造机的重要构件之一,是铸模、传动链以及其它部件的主要承载体,支承件的静态、动态以及热力学性能将直接影响铸造机的整机性能,降低产品铝锭的表面平整度。提高铸造机产能势必要求其运行速度相应提高,高速运行时稳定性将变得十分重要,而传统设计中只考虑铸造机静态特性而忽略了其动态特性的研究,因此,对铝锭连续铸造机进行静态、动态以及热力学方面的研究具有积极的意义。本文是在有限元法理论和CAE思想基础上,通过对铝锭连续铸造机的支承件进行合理的简化,充分运用Pro/Engineer的实体建模功能和有限元软件ANSYS的分析处理功能,对铝锭连续铸造机的支承件进行静态和动态分析以及热力学分析。通过分析确定了原设计中存在的不合理环节以及影响产品铝锭表面质量的因素并提出了相应的改进措施等。本文采用的方法和得出的结论可以为以后新型铝锭连续铸造机产品的设计开发提供一定的理论借鉴意义,具有较好的应用前景。

【Abstract】 In recent years, due to the aluminum production and consumption of rapid growth in domestic and foreign markets, the aluminum smelting equipment has broad market prospects. The continuous machine for aluminum ingot, which is used in remelting, is the key equipment of electrolytic aluminum. With a higher degree of automation and productivity, it has been widely used in the electrolytic aluminum industry. The machine type of the continuous machine for aluminum ingot goes through five stages: 5 t / h, 9t / h, 16t / h, 22t / h and 28 t / h. Meanwhile, automation of the machine has improved continuously. Therefore, high productivity, high level of automation and good surface flatness of finished aluminum ingots are the development trend of the continuous machine for aluminum ingot.Surface flatness of finished aluminum ingots is an important index to judge the performance of the continuous machine for aluminum ingot. It depends on the running stability of the transmission chain and the casting mould. The Frame is an important component of the machine, and is the main carrier of the casting mould, transmission chain and other component. The static, dynamic and thermodynamic properties of the frame will directly affect the machine performance. Increasing the casting machine capacity will require a corresponding increase in its operating speed. Thus, the stability of high-speed operation becomes very important. In traditional design method, only considers the static characteristic of the casting machine but has ignored its dynamic behavior research. Therefore, the research on static, dynamic and thermodynamic properties of the continuous machine for aluminum ingot has positive significance.This paper is based on the finite element and the CAE thought, does a reasonable simplification on the frame of the continuous machine for aluminum ingot, make full use of Pro/Engineer solid modeling capabilities and the finite element software ANSYS analysis capabilities, study on static, dynamic and thermodynamic properties of the continuous machine for aluminum ingot. Through analysis of the original design of the machine, get the unreasonable link and factors that affect the surface quality of products. Then, the corresponding improvement measure put forward.The method used and the conclusions reached in this paper provide a theoretical reference to the design and development of new type of the continuous machine for aluminum ingot. It also has the fairly good application prospect.
