Nd元素及热处理对AM60和Mg-6Al镁合金组织及性能的影响

【摘要】 镁合金因具有低密度、高强度、高比刚度以及优良的阻尼性能,尺寸稳定性、机械加工性及电磁屏蔽性好等优点,广泛用于制造3C产品、汽车零部件及航空航天等领域,被誉为绿色工程材料。该论文以添加稀土Nd元素后的AM60镁合金及Mg-6Al镁合金为研究对象,研究新合金的金相组织、力学性能及腐蚀性能的变化规律,同时也研究了热处理对AM60-xNd镁合金及Mg-6Al-xNd镁合金组织及性能的影响。添加Nd元素后,AM60镁合金的组织和性能发生了很大的变化。结果表明:AM60镁合金中加入Nd元素后,合金的晶粒得到了细化,Mg17Al12相分布由网状变得更加的弥散,同时也生成了针状的新相;力学性能在一定程度上得到了提高;当Nd元素的含量为1.2%时,合金的晶粒最细,其合金的力学性能及腐蚀性能也都是最好。经过固溶处理和时效处理后,合金性能也得到了很大的提高,其中抗拉强度值最高的提高了33 MPa。Mg-6Al合金中加入稀土元素Nd后,其组织和性能也发生了很大的变化。结果表明:Mg-6Al合金中加入Nd元素后,其晶粒得到了细化,组织分布由网状变得更加的弥散;其力学性能和腐蚀性能也得到了很大的提高;当稀土Nd元素含量为1.2%时,合金的晶粒最细,组织分布最为弥散,合金的力学性能和腐蚀性能也是最好。经过固溶处理和时效处理后,Mg-6Al-xNd合金的力学性能得到了很大的提高,Mg-6Al-1.2%合金经过50小时固溶处理后,其抗拉强度从220MPa提高到232MPa。

【Abstract】 Magnesium alloys are called green-engineering material and used widely to produce 3C,automobile products,aviation and spaceflight because of its low density, high strength,high specific strength and stiffness,superior damping capacity,good stabilization of the siaze,good electromagnetic shielding characteristics and good machinability.Research objects of this thesis aim at Mg-6Al magnesium alloy and AM60 magnesium alloy which are with neodymium element.It was investigated the large changes with the alloys of metallurgical structure,mechanical property,corrosive nature after appending neodymium element and the effects of heat treatment on structure and mechanical properties of AM60-xNd magnesium alloys and Mg-6Al-xNd magnesium alloys.Structure properties are of great changes of AM60 magnesium by adding neodymium.The results show that the structure is refined and netted Mg17Al12phase change to be dispersal and imtermittent.In the same time,it appears the new phase Al11Nd3 which are acicular.The mechanical properties obtain obvious improvement with the increase of neodymium;the metallurgical structure,the mechanical properties and the corrosive nature are the most when the content of neodymium is 1.2%.After solution treatment and aging treatment,the alloys capabilities have large changes and the strength increases 33MPa at the most.Structure properties are of great changes of Mg-6Al magnesium by adding neodymium.The results show that the structure is refined and netted Mg17Al12phase change to be dispersal and imtermittent.In the same time,it appears the new phase Al11Nd3 which are acicular.The mechanical properties obtain obvious improvement with the increase of neodymium;the metallurgical structure,the mechanical properties and the corrosive nature are the most when the content of neodymium is 1.2%.After solution treatment and aging treatment,the alloys capabilities have large changes.With solution treatment 50 hours,the tensile strength of Mg-6Al-xNd magnesium alloy has increased from 220MPa to 232MPa.
