【摘要】 随着历史的发展和时代的变化,城市旧公园面临着更新、改造和发展延续的问题。本文旨在研究城市旧公园在改造设计中所出现的共性问题和解决的策略。整个研究将以城市综合性旧公园的改造设计为主体进行研究分析。城市旧公园目前面临着缺乏与城市的有机联系;公园个性缺失;景观空间结构简单、类型单一;公园原有要素丰富但景观效果及功能落后于时代的发展等诸多问题。针对这些问题,本文提出了公园与城市开放空间的融合,公园个性特征塑造以及以景观空间重构,原有要素的有机更新等策略,以期为城市旧公园改造设计提供参考性建议。本文共分四个章节组成:第一章,概述了论文的研究范围、目的意义、研究方法、研究背景及相关理论。第二章,主要对旧公园改造设计前期存在的问题进行了分析,系统地阐述了当今中国城市旧公园在改造设计中所存在的共性问题,并对公园个性、空间利用、旧公园原有要素等方面进行研究,找出问题的根源。第三章,针对前面总结的问题,结合有机更新等相关理论明确了公园改造设计从整体规划到局部空间塑造的改造思路并提出了公园改造设计的策略。第四章,通过对常州红梅公园改造设计的个案研究(case study),从实践的角度,进一步论证了本文所提出的改造设计策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the developing of historical and the changing of time, the urban old park faces the problem of renewing, transformation and development. Because this article is for the purpose of researching the general character question and the solution strategy studies in the urban old park transformation design. The entire research will carry on the research analysis by taking the urban comprehensive nature old park’s transformation design as the main part.Now, the urban old park faces lacking with the urban organic connections, the park original essential factor is rich, but the landscape effect and the function fall behind the time development, the park individuality flaw, the landscape spatial structure is simple, type sole and so on questions.This article in view of these questions take the organic renewal correlation theories as the instruction, proposed that the park and the urban opening space’s fusion, the original essential factor’s organic renewal, the park individuality characteristic mold as well as remoulds and so on. These strategies provide the referential suggestion in the urban old park transformation design.This article is divided four chapter compositions:The first chapter, we have outlined the paper range of study, the research goal significance, and the research technique, the research background and the correlation theories.The second chapter, we mainly make the thorough analysis contradictory to the park transformation design earlier period existence’s question, also we have analyzed now China metropolitan park existence question and the transformation design existence particularity systematically. To the park original essential factor, park individuality, spatial use, we have carried on the research, discovered the question the root.The third chapter, the question which summarizes in view of the front, the union organic renewal and correlation theories have clearly cut the park transformation design from the corporate planning to the partial spatial mold transformation mentality and proposed the strategy for the park transformation design.The fourth chapter, through the ChangZhou hungmuy park transformation design’s case study, from the practice angle, we have proven the transformation design strategy which this article proposed.更多还原
