ASM汽车排放测试系统设计与开发

【摘要】 论文通过理论和试验相结合的方法,研究了ASM汽车排放测试系统的相关理论和应用问题,研究成果对在用汽车排气污染物测试具有理论意义和实际工程应用价值。根据ASM汽车排放污染测试的要求,构建了ASM汽车排放污染物测试系统,系统以AHS—ELP300型底盘测功机为基础,以工控机为核心,实现汽车工况控制和排气污染物测试。通过对电涡流测功器性能和ASM工况控制要求的分析,应用PID控制和模糊控制技术和理论,设计并开发了基于P-Fuzzy-PI复合控制的ASM工况扭矩控制器,P-Fuzzy-PI复合控制不仅具有良好的动、稳态性能,而且系统的鲁棒性强,解决了风冷电涡流测功器参数时变和非线性引起的控制难题。重点介绍了ASM工况扭矩控制的基本思想和总体方案、P-Fuzzy-PI复合控制中Fuzzy控制算法、加速阶段扭矩和速度给定输入的轨迹设计。采用LabVIEW和VC++两种高级程序语言相结合的方法,开发了ASM汽车排放测试的软件系统,其中包括系统登陆模块、系统标定模块、数据采集模块、数据库开发模块、串口通讯模块、报表生成模块等。应用开发的系统,进行了工况控制试验、系统重复性试验和不同工况下的排放对比试验。不同工况下的排放对比试验表明测试工况对排放测量结果有明显的影响,工况控制在整个测试系统中至关重要。工况控制试验结果表明扭矩控制器能实现加载扭矩的良好控制,驾驶员车速控制容易,满足ASM测试工况控制的需要。系统一致性试验表明整个系统重复性较好,系统设计合理,可行。

【Abstract】 The theory, technology and application of vehicle exhaust measurement system under ASM are researched theoretically and experimentally in this article. The results are of theoretic significance and practical value in applied engineering for exhaust measurement system of in-use vehicle.According to the requirement of vehicle exhaust measurement under ASM, The scheme of vehicles exhaust testing system under ASM is constructed. The system which is on the basis of AHS-ELP300 dynamometer and industrial controlled computer, realizes vehicle mode controlling and exhaust pollutants testing.Based on the analysis of the performance of eddy current dynamometer and ASM mode controlling requirement, the dynamometer torque controller of ASM is designed and developed based on P-Fuzzy-PI compound control. P-Fuzzy-PI compound controller has not only good dynamic and homeostatic capability but also good robustness, which solves the control problems aroused by time-varying and nonlinear parameters of air cooling eddy current dynamometer. The basic ideal and whole project of mode torque controlling of ASM, fuzzy control algorithm, design of input trochoid in the acceleration stage of torque and velocity,The software system of ASM vehicle exhaust pollutants testing is developed by adopting the associative method of two high program languages of LabVIEW and Visual C++, which includes system beaching module, calibration module, data acquisition module, database development module, serial communication module, report generation module and etc.The mode controlling experiment, system repeatability experiment and exhaust contrast experiment under different modes is carried out. The exhaust contrast experiment results under different modes shows testing mode has an effect on exhaust measurement results noticeably, and mode controlling is important for the whole testing system. Mode controlling experiment results show torque controller realizes good control of loading torque, vehicle speed controlled by driver easily and meets the needs of testing mode controlling of ASM. System repeatability experiment results show that systemic repeatability is good and systemic project is reasonable and the overall design is feasible.
