机动车检测系统中多功能数据采集器的设计

【摘要】 随着机动车的普及,城市交通系统的负荷日益加重。建立高效、可靠、实时、低价的机动车检测系统是当务之急。Internet网已成为现代社会最为重要的基础信息设施之一,应用Internet网可实现机动车检测的远程控制、参数的网络测量及信息共享等,其中最重要的技术之一是实现嵌入式TCP/IP协议族。本文以数据采集技术和嵌入式以太网技术为依托,以机动车检测技术为应用课题,对机动车检测系统中数据采集与控制部分进行了研究。首先,介绍了系统的硬件设计和软件设计部分。应用51系列MCU、以太网络接口芯片、RS232串行接口芯片、A/D转换器及并行接口芯片等接口电路完成系统硬件架构的设计。软件设计中,由于8位单片机本身资源有限,精简了TCP/IP协议族,实现了UDP、TCP、ICMP、IP、ARP协议。在此基础上,设计了一个网络化单片机数据采集和控制系统。该系统能通过以太网接入Internet,进行16通道模拟量采集和远程传送,并实现12路的开入开出控制。选用SST89E564RD单片机还实现了在线仿真和编程的功能,大大节约了开发成本。其次,采用VB6.0语言与Window98/2000/XP等为软件开发平台,对系统进行了测试。经过几个月的软硬件测试表明:系统设计合理、稳定可靠,已基本实现了最初的设计目标。课题的实现对于向其它类似系统移植该项技术奠定了基础,有很好的参考价值。

【Abstract】 Urban transportation systems are overloaded because of the popularization of vehicles. Establishing efficient, reliable, real-time, low-cost vehicle detection system is exigent. The Internet has become one of the most important foundational information equipments in modern society, applying internet we can achieve the remote control, measuring parameters by network, and sharing information in the vehicle detection system. One of the key technologies about the vehicle detection system is to realize embedded TCP/IP protocol stack.In this dissertation we mainly researched the data acquisition and control system in the vehicle inspection system on the basis of data acquisition and embedded internet technology.Firstly, we introduced entire hardware design and software design schemes. The system is made up of 51 series Micro Controller Unit (MCU), Ethernet interface chip, RS232 serial, A/D converters and 8255A line print terminal (LPT) etc interface circuits. In the software design, according to the character of the 8-bit MCU’s limited resources, we have simplified the TCP/IP protocol family (UDP, ICMP, IP, ARP etc.). On the base of that, we designed a network data acquisition and control system. The designed system can access the internet through Ethernet, collect 16 channels’ analog signals and transmit them by internet, and realize 12 channels’ input-output control. SST89E564RD MCU can be used to realize online debugging and downloading functions, which greatly economized development cost.Then, we used VB6.0 language and Window98 / 2000 / XP etc as the software development platforms to realize inspection functions and control functions. After several months’ designing and testing on hardwares and softwares, we validated that our system design was reasonable, the function was steady and credible.We achieved the design aim. The accomplishment of this research has a great reference value and can be a good foundation for other compatible systems which utilize this technology.
