汽车安全性能检测控制和远程监控系统的研究

【摘要】 加强汽车安全性能检测管理是车管部门履行职责的重要手段。随着汽车安全性能检测站向社会化、市场化方向发展,对车管部门的监管水平提出了更高的要求。根据社会化监管要求、计算机检测和网络技术的发展趋势,论文重点研究了汽车安全性能检测计算机网络远程监控的相关理论、技术与应用问题。研究成果对提高汽车安全性能检测质量监管水平,更好履行车辆部门管理职责具有较高的理论参考价值和实际应用价值。论文设计了汽车安全性能检测过程计算机网络远程监控系统总体方案。系统由检测子系统、数据管理子系统和远程监控子系统三个部分组成。系统具有汽车安全性能检测项目的自动检测和评价、车辆检测过程的实时动态远程监管、检测报告单远程打印、车辆唯一性的自动认定、车辆违法曝光信息和交强险缴纳情况信息查询等功能。论文进行了汽车安全性能检测站计算机测控子系统的设计。子系统的登录计算机、调度计算机、主控计算机及局域网服务器通过网络交换机构成星形结构的局域网,主控计算机与工位机之间采用分布式结构。根据柔性化设计的思想,采用模块化设计方法和组态化的控制思想,运用多线程控制原理,进行了检测子系统软件的工位模块设计和软件流程设计。论文进行了汽车安全性能检测远程监控子系统的设计。子系统主要由工控机、局域网服务器、车管所工作站、机动车信息服务器、被盗机动车服务器和保险服务器等设备组成,利用公安专用光纤联网。进行了子系统物理结构与逻辑结构设计,开发了基于TCP/IP的远程通信系统。系统运行结果表明,系统总体功能达到了设计目标,基本满足车管部门汽车安全性能检测监管的需要。

【Abstract】 Improving the inspection and management of automobile safety is a very important administrative means, by which the Traffic Management Department can carry out its responsibilities. With the socialization and market transition of the inspection station for automobile safety, a higher level of supervision for the Traffic Management Department is required. In accordance with the need of social supervision and development trend of computer-inspection system and network technology, this thesis focuses on the theory, techniques and application of computer network-based remote monitoring in the safety inspection of automobiles. The study results will improve the level of the supervision in automobile safety inspection, and provide high-level theoretical reference value and practical value for Traffic Management Department to better fulfill its responsibilities.This study designs an overall plan of the network-based remote monitoring system in the automobile safety inspection. The system comprises three parts, detection sub-system, data management sub-system and remote monitoring sub-system. The system provides many functions, such as automatic test and evaluation of safety inspection items, real-time dynamic remote supervision during inspection period, remote print of the test report, and automatic affirmation of the automobile identity, traffic exposure and payment of the compulsive traffic insurance.The study designs the sub-system of computer test and control system in the inspection station for automobile safety inspection. The registration computer, modification computer, main control computer form a star-shape local are network. The main control computer and the work machine adopt a distributed architecture. According to the essence of flexible design, adopting the idea of modular design and configuration and using the methods of multiple threads technology, the author makes the multi-position modules design and process design of the sub-system software inspection. The study also designs the remote-monitoring sub-system for the automobile safety inspection. This sub-system consists of the control machine, LAN server, work station of the Traffic Management Department automobile information server, theft automobile server and insurance server and other facilities. Making use of the light and fiber network, the author designs the physical and logical structures of the sub-system and develops the remote communications system based on TCP/IP.The operation of this system shows that the general function is in accordance with the design target and basically meets the requirements of the safety performance inspection in Traffic Management Department.
