镁、锌、钼对银杏生长及叶品质的效应研究

【摘要】 银杏叶的研究成为当代植物开发的热点之一,因此叶用银杏栽培得到了国内外的高度重视。本研究以两年生银杏实生苗为对象,通过镁、锌、钼单因素及配施盆栽模拟施肥试验,探讨了镁、锌、钼对银杏生长、生理指标以及叶品质指标的影响;运用肥料效应函数分析并求解出针对不同指标的最适镁、锌、钼喷施浓度。主要结论如下:1镁、锌、钼单因素施肥效应镁对银杏叶生物量、新梢长度和根冠比有显著影响,锌素对银杏叶生物量、新梢长度和枝条数有显著影响,钼素对银杏叶生物量、新梢长度有显著影响。镁、锌、钼喷施浓度分别为1.66~1.94%、0.25%、0.1~0.11%范围,最能促进银杏苗木的健壮生长。镁和锌素对银杏根系活力、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白质含量均有显著影响,钼素对银杏根系活力、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量有显著影响。当镁、锌、钼喷施浓度分别为1.39~2.01%、0.08%、0.07~0.10%范围,银杏苗木的各生理指标表现较好。锌和钼能降低叶中硝酸盐含量,镁、锌、钼均能提高总黄酮含量,施镁能提高叶中全Mg、全Zn的含量,施锌能提高叶中全Zn、全Mo的含量,施钼能提高叶中全Mg、全Mo的含量。镁、锌、钼喷施浓度分别为1.32~2.46%、0.21~0.42%、0.07~0.12%范围,银杏叶品质较好。2镁、锌、钼配施效应镁、锌、钼喷施浓度为2.93~2.95%、0.01~0.48%、0范围,有利于银杏苗木生长。镁、锌、钼喷施浓度分别为2.92%、0.47%、0.19%,根系活力最大;3.00%、0.49%、0,叶绿素含量较高;0、0.16%、0.19%,可溶性糖含量较大;1.49%、0、0.01%,可溶性蛋白质含量较大。镁、锌、钼喷施浓度分别为0.14~0.20%、0.17~0.50%、0.18~0.20%范围,银杏叶品质较好。

【Abstract】 Because of the study on leaves of Ginkgo Biloba becomes one of hot spot on plant exploitation nowadays,cultivation of leaf-producing of Ginkgo has been attaching great importance in home and abroad.Based on the simulated and formula application of magnesium,zinc and molybdenum,performed in green house with two-year-old Ginkgo seedings,the effect of nutrients on the growth and the leaf quality of ginkgo was discussed.And the optimum application of magnesium,zinc and molybdenum nutrients for different indicators was finally defined in this paper with established regression models.The main conclusions can be drawn as follows:1 Effects of magnesium, zinc and molybdenumApplication of Zinc had remarkable effects on leaf biomass,seedling height and branches of ginkgo.Application of molybdenum had remarkable effects on leaf biomass and seedling height.The most accelerative growh of Ginkgo seedlings can be expected,when the application of magnesium, zinc and molybdenum nutrients is in the range of 1.66~1.94%,0.25%,0.1~0.11% respectively.Application of magnesium and zinc had remarkable effects on root activity,chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content and soluble protein content. Application of molybdenum had remarkable effects on root activity、chlorophyll content and soluble sugar content. The most accelerative physiological indicators of Ginkgo seedlings can be expected,when the application of magnesium,zinc and molybdenum nutrients is in the range of 1.39~2.01%,0.08%,0.07~0.10% respectively.Application of zinc and molybdenum decreased nitrate content.Application of magnesium,zinc and molybdenum application increased flavonoid content in Ginkgo leaf.Application of magnesium increased Mg and Zn content in Ginkgo leaf. Application of zinc increased Zn and Mo content in Ginkgo leaf.Application of molybdenum increased Mg and Mo content in Ginkgo leaf.The most accelerative leaf quality of Ginkgo can be expected,when the application of magnesium,zinc and molybdenum nutrients is in the range of 1.32~2.46%,0.21~0.42%,0.07~0.12% respectively.2 Effects of combination of magnesium, zinc and molybdenumThe most accelerative growh of Ginkgo seedlings can be expected,when the application of magnesium,zinc and molybdenum nutrients is in the range of 2.93~2.95%,0.01~0.48%,0 respectively. The most accelerative application of magnesium,zinc and molybdenum is respectively defined as 2.92%,0.47%,0.19%,when the greatest root activity can be expected;3.00%,0.49%,0, when the greatest chlorophyll content can be expected; 0,0.16%,0.19%,when the greatest soluble sugar content can be expected; 1.49%,0,0.01%, when the greatest soluble protein content can be expected.The most accelerative leaf quality of Ginkgo can be expected,when the application of magnesium,zinc and molybdenum nutrients is in the range of 0.14~2.99%,0.17~0.50%,0 respectively.
