基于数字全息干涉技术温度场测量的研究

【摘要】 温度场的测量和诊断在许多工程技术及科研领域有着重要的意义,在一些恶劣的工作环境,如强电磁场的条件下,不可能使用传感器直接测量电子元器件或者一些特殊装置的温度,而如果采用激光全息干涉计量术,由于没有与被测物体的直接接触,不会对被测物体产生干扰,并且具有时间和空间分辨率高以及能实现现场测量等优点,因而具有一定的研究价值。数字全息干涉术是以传统光学全息为理论基础,以电荷耦合成像器件CCD作为记录介质数字化记录全息干涉条纹,用计算机模拟数字重现的方法代替传统光学对所记录的物场进行再现和处理,具有数字化处理和实时性等显著优点,可广泛的应用于力学测量、形貌测量、透明场测量、微电路检测、粒子场测量等领域。本文从理论分析和实验验证两个方面论证了基于数字全息干涉测量技术温度场的测量的可行性,主要完成了以下的工作:(1)从理论上对数字全息干涉测量法及其在温度场测量中的优点进行了概述。(2)利用CRT显示器背面的散热片和烙铁芯自制了一个热源,设计了测量温度的电路来测量热源的温度,并利用水温对测量电路的输出电流和电压进行了温度的定标,然后根据测得的电流和电压参数设计了控制温度的电路,实现了对热源加热电路的自动控制。(3)本实验利用HE-NE激光器做光源的全息干涉测量系统对该热源的温度进行了测量,用CCD对干涉条纹进行实时采集。(4)使用VB与MATLAB混合编程的方法,结合图像处理的知识,对干涉条纹进行处理并对热源的温度场进行了计算,与此时控制电路监控的温度进行了对比研究和定量分析。

【Abstract】 In many fields of science and technology,temperature measurement is of great important.In rough work environment,like under strong magnetism,electronic sensors can not work normally to detect the temperature of electronic components or some special equipment.Using laser holographic interference will not destruct observed object because it does not need to touch the object,and it has higher solution in time and spaces,and is a real time measurement method,so it is valued to do research on it.Digital holographic interference is based on traditional optical holography,charge coupled device CCD is used as recording material to record interference hologram and computer simulation replaces optical method to reconstruct recorded optical field,it has significant advantages such as numerical resolving,real time detective.Digital holographic interference is widely applied in many fields like force measurement.In this dissertation temperature measurement using digital holographic interference is proved available through theory analysis and experiment.The main contents of this dissertation are:(1)The theory of digital holographic interference and its advantages in temperature measurement is introduced.(2)A heat source is made by CRT heat emission first,and detective circuit is designed and applied to detect the temperature of the source. Water is used to measure the output voltage and current of the detective circuit.At last,according to the parameter of output voltage and current,temperature control circuit is designed.By using it,the temperature of the heat source can be controlled automatically.(3)In this experiment,a holographic interference system is set up to measure the temperature of heat source.CCD is used to record interference hologram.(4)According the theory of digital image processing,Visual Basic & MATLAB is used to calculate the temperature of heat source.The experiment results are compared with the results in circuit ways.
