电能量采集系统工程应用研究

【摘要】 电能量采集系统是集电能量自动采集、传输、统计、结算于一体的自动化系统,是电网推行商业化运营和管理,电力走向市场的技术保障之一。从结构上讲,电能量采集系统是集主站系统、电能量采集终端、电能表于一体的自动化系统。本文着重探索电能量采集系统的总体结构以及各个部分的组成设计,即采集终端系统、通讯网络、主站系统、系统软件的设计和选用。研究的主要内容包括:首先从电能量采集系统的总体结构与设计原则入手,对电能量采集系统的首要部分采集终端系统进行设计,分析了采集终端的特点、电能表的选用、终端服务器的功能、系统GPS校时;接着对联系电能量采集系统的通讯网络进行讨论,给出了几种可以选择的通讯方式,并着重介绍了GSM与GPRS两种通讯方式;随后,对电能量采集系统的主站系统总功能以及各个子系统的功能进行了详细的介绍;进而介绍了支持系统功能应用的软件。此外,本文就电能量采集系统在大理供电局的应用实例进行了详细的介绍,从系统的组成和相关设备的选用以及硬件组成部分、软件模块所实现的具体功能,到电能量采集系统应用后所带来的直接、间接经济效益,充分体现了该系统的优越性。电能量采集自动系统的设计是一个巨大的工程,它的建设是企业现代化经营管理的重要补充,对提高电网管理水平,强化科学决策,具有积极的指导意义。电能量采集系统的运行、管理是一项长远的工程,随着需求的不断推陈出新,必然会由技术的不断更新和发展,电能量信息的应用领域会越来越广,实用化的要求会越来越高。只有加强电能量采集系统的建设和管理,加大对电能量应用方面的研究,进一步在标准化、业务流程化、服务信息化、相应快速化等方面优化和完善,才能使其在生产和管理中发挥更大的效益。

【Abstract】 The electricity energy gathering system is an energy self-motion gathering automatizationly system, including electricity energy self-motion gathering, transmitting, statistics, settlement. It’s one of the guarantees that the electricity system implement commering managements, also a technology ensurements that electric power become a commodity. One integrated energy self-motion gathering automatizationly system is made up of home site system, collection terminal and ammeters.This article investigates the collectivity framework of energy self-motion gathering automatizationly system and the designs of each subsystem. Introduce the design and adoption of gather terminal system, communication meshwork, home sites system, software needing by system. primary content involve : start with the collectivity framework and design principle; then design the gather terminal which is the chiefly part, analyzing it’s characteristic and functions, choosing of ammeter, proofreading of time by GPS, and then enumerate several communication manners, emphasize GSM and GPRS, subsequently give overall presentations about the functions of the energy self-motion gathering automatizationly system and subsystems, finally recommend the softwares of the system. Besides, this paper introduces electrical energy collection system in the application example of managing Electricity Supply Board of Da li have carried out detailed introduction, from systematic composition with related equipment choose as well as the specific function that hardware composition parts and software modular realize, after to electrical energy collection system, applying, the direct, indirect economic benefits that bring have embodied the superiority of this system fully.Designs about the energy self-motion gathering automatizationly system is a big project. The construct of it is an important complementarity to managements of corporation, which would be useful to improve the level of electric power station supervise and intensify decision-making. Runnings and managements of the energy self-motion gathering automatizationly system is a long-term project. Go with the development of requirement and technology, informations of electricity energy will use more widely, the applied request will be increase also. It would be more and more useful only if strengthen the managements to this system and optimize the standardization, flow, informationization and speediness.
