基于Labview的动态信号虚拟测试分析系统

【摘要】 在航空、航天、交通、机械等工程中,动态测试与分析显得越来越重要。随着计算机和软件技术的发展,将虚拟仪器技术应用于动态测试分析中,更成为测试及故障诊断领域的新的发展方向。为此本课题研究开发了一PC机为硬件平台、以NI公司开发的Labview为软件平台,再配以必要的传感器、放大器等硬件组成的动态测试分析系统。该系统在计算机上通过软件的控制完成信号的产生、数据采集、数据分析处理等功能,能够满足实际动态测试分析的需要。论文首先对虚拟仪器及Labview软件进行了简要介绍,探讨了虚拟仪器的烟化与发展,然后对测试系统的软件部分进行了详细介绍,按照信号产生、数据采集、信号分析处理的顺序一次对每一模块的功能和使用方法进行了介绍。接着,将编制好的测试软件联入整个测试系统中,通过对简支梁的振动信号的采集,验证所开发系统的性能,并通过锤击实验对简支梁的固有频率进行了测定,并画出简支梁的模态振型。再通过正弦扫频实验测定出简支梁的阻尼比。本课题开发研制的基于Labview的动态信号虚拟测试分析系统,经过实验验证具有良好的性能,并准确测定了简支梁的固有频率,实验测定值与理论值误差在5%以下,达到了预期的结果,并且它具有良好的扩展性和较高的性价比,适合于实验室及工程人员的开发使用。

【Abstract】 Dynamic measurement and signal analysis are becoming more and more important in the field of aircraft, spacecraft, communication and mechanical. With the development of software technique in test and fault diagnosis field, it is a new trend that the virtual instrument is used in dynamic signal testing. So the system is studied by using the software, Labview, and the hardware including PC, DAQ, sensor and amplifier. The computer controls the data output and acquisition, signal processing and etc, which can meet the need of dynamic measurement.First, simple introduction on virtual instrument and Labview is made in the thesis. Second, the function and the usage of every module are studied in detail as the sequence of the signal generation, data acquisition and signal processing. Then the data of beam is recorded in vibration, which verifies the function of the dynamic testing and measure the natural frequency by pulse test. Based on the data, make the shape of vibration. Last, the ratio of damp is measured by sine test.The result of experiment prove the practicability and accuracy of the system, which is easy to be developed by engineer for the good expansibility and high price performance ratio.
