【摘要】 计算机支持的协同工作(CSCW)是以人们协同工作方式为背景的,以计算机和通信技术的发展和融合为基础,具有广泛的应用领域为前提条件而自然形成的新的研究领域。CSCW顺应时代发展的需要,它的及时提出和实现将从根本上改变人们传统的工作方式和生活方式。计算机支持的协同设计(CSCD)是从CSCW理论研究演绎和发展过来的,是CSCW的一个重要领域。主要研究如何利用计算机网络对多人参与的协同设计工作和所涉及的数据和设计过程进行组织、管理和协调。在房产测绘设计领域,设计工作是一个多人员参与、多项目管理的过程。一项设计任务需要设计人员、审核人员和项目负责人共同参与。由于工作中缺乏科学化、规范化和标准化的管理,使企业的项目开发进程常常受到了极大影响,所以提高项目的设计与管理水平日趋重要,这就需要为用户提供一种高效工作、及时沟通与统一管理的平台,实现信息共享和协同合作。本文在分析房产测绘工作流程的基础上,结合行业的特点,重点探讨了房产测绘CSCD系统的实现方法、相关理论与关键技术,并对系统的三个主要功能模块进行了分析实现。本文的主要研究内容由以下几个部分构成:1)介绍CSCW和CSCD相关概念,全面综述其定义、分类、应用和特点。2)研究系统的实现方法。进行房产测绘协同系统的总体设计,系统的总体设计与介绍、分析系统的工作模型与工作模式。3)结合房产测绘CSCD系统的所需功能研究实现系统的支持理论与关键技术,包括网络通信技术、数据库实现技术、用户权限管理理论、协同技术和多媒体技术;以及实现系统的编程技术J2EE、NET MEETING COM组件和CAD二次开发技术。4)讨论系统部分模块的初步设计与实现,包括房产测绘CAD系统的实现过程与菜单模块设计,项目状态管理模块和审核状态管理模块的工作流程、初步实现效果。最后分析了数据库表的具体设计。本文在对房产测绘工作流程进行详细分析的基础上,结合CSCD及其实现技术,对协同设计方法在房产测绘行业管理中的应用进行了研究,在国内范围内属于创新研究,具有一定的理论意义和现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Grounded on the way of people’s cooperative work and with the precondition of being widely used, CSCW has been a new natural study field. It is based on the development and amalgamation of computer and communication technology. Adapting to the need of era improvement, it will change the way of people’s work and life thoroughly. CSCD is deducted and developed from CSCW theory, which is an important branch of CSCW. It mainly researches how to make use of computer network to organize, manage and coordinate cooperative design involving many people, also including its data and design process.In the field of house mapping, design work is a course dealing with many people and many projects. A task should be accomplished by designer, checker and principal together. The project process of corporation will be influenced enormously if the work management is not so scientific and normative. Therefore, it is more and more important that we should enhance the design and manage level. Thus, a platform which has the properties of high-efficiency, on-time communication and unified administration needed to be provided for users to insure information share and cooperation.Based on the analysis to the house mapping work procedure and combined with the industry characteristics, this paper emphasizes to research the implementing method, relative theory and critical technology of the system. Besides, three important modules are discussed and carried out. The main content is composed of the parts as follows.1) Introduce the relative concepts of CSCW and CSCD, and give an overview of their definitions, classification, application and features.2) Research how to realize the system. Design the whole structure of house mapping system. Interpret all the modules in detail. Also analyze the work model and work mode (B/S or C/s).3) Considering the functions of the system, study the supporting theories and key technologies. These contain the technologies of network communication, database, user rights, cooperation and multimedia. In addition, we choose J2EE, NET MEETING COM module and CAD second- develop as the programming technologies.4) Design and perform parts of system models originally, including the house mapping CAD system, the menu model, the project state manage model and the check state manage model. At last, we analyze how to make the concrete database tables.Founded on the detailed analysis to the house mapping work procedure and combined with CSCD technology, this thesis studies the application of cooperation design method in management of house mapping industry. It belongs to a nationwide innovation and has a certain degree academic and realistic significance.更多还原
