汽车覆盖件成形工艺的CAD/CAE协同设计

【摘要】 汽车覆盖件模具的设计水平决定了汽车覆盖件的质量,并影响着汽车的性能与外观。然而汽车覆盖件的冲压成形工艺设计与模具又有着直接的关系。现有的汽车覆盖件冲压成形工艺设计一般采用经验与计算机相结合的设计方法,这在某种程度上满足了企业生产的需要,但其设计周期长、效率低、设计质量难于保证。为适应汽车工业的快速发展和市场竞争要求,在汽车模具生产中采用CAD/CAE技术已成为共识。而在现有的广泛应用于汽车行业的软件系统上开发专用的功能模块,以满足生产需求是一条有效途径。开展板料成形的CAD/CAE集成技术的研究,就是在实际模具制造之前,利用计算机模拟板料的塑性变形过程,预测板料的变形规律,以及是否产生缺陷(CAE过程):然后将模拟结果转化成对模具设计的修改意见,优化成形工艺参数(CAD过程):两者均在实际模具制造之前完成,这样既可提高模具的设计质量,大大缩短覆盖件成形模具的开发周期,又可降低模具开发的总成本,最大限度避免生产的制品出现缺陷。本文深入研究Dynaform对板料的模拟分析过程等相关问题以及UG零件数模的内部数据结构,在此基础上开发出基于UG的汽车覆盖件CAD/CAE协同设计模块。具体研究内容如下:(1)UG二次开发相关技术及方法,获取UG二次开发的完整实施方案。其中包括基于Visual C++6.O的UG NX应用程序接口,利用UG Opcn Manuscript进行主菜单的设计与应用,利用UG Open UIStyle进行对话框的可视化设计与应用,UGopen API对模型数据的调用及实现等;(2)根据工艺分析的特点,建立工艺分析模块中的设计流程和数据流图,划分各个系统模块,并进行各模块的开发。包括模块的整体设计、菜单设计、对话框设计、函数调用等等;(3)利用一个实例说明该模块的功能及其应用。该模块应实现在UG中直接调用Dynaform分析模块功能,使得UG造型完成后的工艺模型可以直接在调用的Dynaform分析模块中进行模拟分析并由模拟结果进行相应的成形工艺分析与优化。

【Abstract】 The mold design level of auto panels at certain degree determines the quality of the auto panels,automobile performance and appearance.At present,the auto panel’s process design is now mainly carried out by combination method of designer’s experience and computer calculation,which meets the demands from the present industry manufactures,but the long design period,low efficiency,unsatisfied design quality should not,be neglected.So the application of CAD/CAE is the only way out for auto panel industry and it is of great feasibility and theoretical value to develop a specified function module for auto panel mold under the wide-applied software in auto industry.Carries on the research of CAD/CAE integration technology on sheet forming,is that,before the actual die making,using the computer to simulation sheet’s plastic deformation process,forecasting the rule of sheet distortion,as well as whether to have the flaw(the CAE process);then transform the analogue result to the mold design revise suggestion,optimizing the parameter of Formed Craft(the CAD process);Both of them will be completed before actual mold making,like this,we may both improve mold’s design quality,reduces the cover mold’s development cycle greatly,and may reduce the mold development the total cost,avoids the product having flaws most possibility.This article research the related problem about sheet simulation analysis process deeply by Dynaform,and the internal data structure of UG components digital-analog, Then develops the Automobile Cover CAD/CAE coordination design module based on UG.The main research content in this thesis is as follows:(1)The method and technology of UG secondary development are studied,the intact implementing scheme was obtained,such as the application program interface of UG NX based on Visual C++6 technology,the design and application of the main menu by UG/Open Manuscript too,visual design and application of the dialog box by UG/Open UIStyler,calling and realizing to model data of UG Open API,and etc..(2)Set up The addendum of auto panels was researched.The common sectional line of addendum was analyzed,and its mathematic model has been established as well as parametric design.The trial design that sectional line and control lines create the addendum was achieved,and then takes a auto top cover as example to introduce the operation of this function module.(3)An example was noted to introduce the operation of this function module.This module can transfers the Dynaform analysis module function directly in UG,and the been-molded craft model of UG can carries on the simulation analysis Directly,And carries on the corresponding formed craft analysis and optimization of analogue result.
