基于无线网络的MR阻尼器监控系统研究与实现

【摘要】 MR阻尼器(磁流变阻尼器)是一种常被用来进行结构振动控制的装置。现有的对MR阻尼器的控制一般为电压型且处于对单台MR阻尼器的控制的状态,不仅缺乏主机系统对阻尼器工作状态的图形化监测,而且阻尼器的工作参数不能被保存下来,不便于对阻尼器的工作状态分析。基于无线网络的MR阻尼器监控系统对多台MR阻尼器控制器进行监测控制,并且将各阻尼器的工作参数保存下来,为工程人员分析阻尼器的状态提供便利,对MR阻尼器的自动化控制有着重要意义。在研究MR阻尼器的控制原理和控制方法的基础上,根据课题要求提出了基于无线网络的MR阻尼器监控系统的整体控制方案。基于无线网络的MR阻尼器监控系统包括MR阻尼器控制系统和主机监测系统。使用无线通信模块实现MR阻尼器控制系统与监测主机通信。在确定系统结构方案后,选择合适的开发环境和编程方案。在本文中基于无线网络的MR阻尼器监控系统中MR阻尼器控制系统部分主要介绍单片机信号输入电路、信号输出处理电路、无线通信模块电路以及PWM电流产生电路,并且给出了控制器C8051F040的软件流程图;主机监测系统部分主要介绍无线接收控制器的硬件电路、接收控制器S3C44BOX与主机的硬件电路设计,并且详细介绍了基于S3C44BOX的μC/OS-Ⅱ的移植过程,以及S3C44BOX利用μC/OS-Ⅱ中多任务功能对各个MR阻尼器控制器数据的采集方式、主机监测软件中Windows API的应用方法,并且给出了S3C44B0X和主机软件的流程图。控制系统应用闭环控制方式,通过计算机实现各功能的显示、调整和控制,经过实验表明,该控制系统对MR阻尼器的控制达到了设计要求,并且能够在监测主机上显示各MR阻尼器控制器的工作参数,实现了系统运行平稳、控制快速、准确,使用调节方便。

【Abstract】 MR damper is a devices commonly used for control structural vibration. The existing control of MR damper is generally voltage model, just in the control of single MR damper. It not only lacks graphical monitoring of mainframe systems on the working conditions of damper, furthermore the working parameters of Damper can not be saved, and do not facilitate the work state analysis of the damper. MR dampers Monitoring System based on Wireless Communication monitors and controls the multi-MR damper controllers, and saves the work parameters of each damper, which is convenient for the engineering personnel to analyze the state of damper, also has an important significance in automation control.Based on the study of MR dampers’ control theory and control methods, the overall control program of the MR dampers Monitoring System based on Wireless Communication is brought forward according to the request of the topic. The MR dampers Monitoring System based on Wireless Communication includes MR damper controller and host monitoring system. The wireless communications modules are used between MR damper controller and monitor host. After ascertaining the system structure of the program, it needs to choose a suitable program of development environment and programming.In MR dampers Monitoring System based on Wireless Communication of this paper, on the part of MR damper mainly introduces MCU signal input circuit, the signal output processing circuitry, wireless communications module circuit, as well as PWM current producing circuit, and gives the software flowchart of the controller C8051F040 ; On the portion of the host monitoring system mostly presents the hardware circuit of wireless receiver controller, receiving controller S3C44B0X and the hardware circuit design of the mainframe, and particularly introduceμC/OS-II transplantation process based on the S3C44B0X transplantation process, as well as S3C44B0X using the multi-tasking functions ofμC/OS-II to collect data of various MR damper controller, the Windows API application methods in the monitoring software of the mainframe, and gives the flowchart of S3C44B0X and mainframe software.The controlling system should use the Closed-loop control mode, by computer realizing the display, adjustment and control of each function. By the experiments showing that the control system of controlling MR dampers achieves the design requirements, and can reveal the working parameters of each MR damper control in the monitoring mainframe, achieving the smooth running, rapid and accurate controlling and easy regulation of the system.
