能量反馈式传动系统试验台控制系统研究

【摘要】 传动系统试验台,是用于测试和研究汽车传动系统总成部件的设备。这些总成部件包括变速器、驱动桥、半轴、差速器、主减速器等。它们是汽车的关键组成部分,直接关系到汽车行驶的动力性、经济性和可靠性。汽车传动系统试验台要发挥其试验功能,核心部分是试验台的控制系统。对其控制系统进行开发和研究,可以提高整个试验台的控制精度,研究不同工况下的传动部件的加载状况,确保试验台测试的稳定性和安全性。介绍了汽车传动系统试验台的机械部件结构,电气系统和控制部件结构。叙述了虚拟仪器在计算机测控领域的应用。介绍了试验台测试系统的结构,功能和测试方法。试验台数据采集系统用来采集试验进行中所需要的各项状态参数,以便监控试验台系统的工作状况,并且采集和实时显示所必需观测的数据量,为试验台的闭环控制创造条件。试验台驱动系统由上位机发送指令,通过变频器控制驱动电机的运行状态,为传动系统部件的测试提供动力来源。阐述了驱动控制的原理,分析了相关性能指标,实现了试验台的驱动控制。传动系统试验台的加载系统,通过变频器控制负载电机的转差率,模拟汽车在不同路面条件和行驶工况下的阻力状况,为传动系统部件的测试施加各种载荷。被测试部件中,驱动桥,半轴,差速器等部件主要进行的是耐久性试验,因此根据不同的工况对其施加各种载荷即可。对自动变速器,除了对其进行耐久性试验以外,研究其换档规律和检测其故障范围是试验台的一个重要功能。对此必须对自动变速器的各类阀体加以控制,以满足不同测试的需求。汽车传动系统试验台是一个综合测试平台。规范试验台的硬件和软件操作一方面能有效地保护试验台的硬件设施,使试验台稳定运行,另一方面更能充分发挥试验台在传动系统部件测试中的作用。对试验台的软件构架上添加保护功能,能防止试验中因可能出现的过电流造成的变频器损坏,电机失控现象等危险情况。保证试验设备和试验人员的安全。

【Abstract】 Automobile driveline test rig is used to test and study driveline assembly such asautomation transmission, driving axis, half axis, differential, final drive which are thekey parts of a whole vehicle and directly affect its powering, energy saving andreliability.In order to exert enough the functions of the test rig, we should focus in its controllingsystem. By developing and studying the controlling system, we could enhance thecontrolling precision, study the loading mode in different conditions and finallyensure the stability and safety in the process of testing.The mechanical structure, electric system and controlling structure are introduced. andvirtual instrument applying in computer test and controlling system is narrated. Havea full introduction to the structure, function and test methods of the automobiledriveline test rig.Data acquisition system is used to acquire different kinds of state parameters inprocess of initialization so as to let the operator monitor the working condition of thewhole test rig. The data acquisition system also obtains and shows the necessary datain testing which is very useful for the father research and pave the way for closed-loopcontrolling in the test rig.In driving system, industrial control computer (ICC) sends orders to the converter inorder to control the movements of the drive motor. The diver system is the powersource of the whole test rig. Expound the drive controlling principle, analyze relatedindexes and realize the drive control.In loading system, the driving resistance could be simulated according to differentroad surfaces and driving conditions by controlling the slip radios of the loadingmotor with the converter.Assembly parts, such as driving axis, half axis and differential are usually tested inwearing experiment which only needs to load at different quantities. However, for theautomation transmission, it is a significant function for the test rig to detect the faultrange and studying the shift rule besides wearing testing. So the test rig should equipthe function of controlling kinds of electromagnetic valves to satisfy different testingrequirements.Automobile driveline test rig is an all-around flatform. Setting the standards and rulesof the operation in hardware and software could effectively protect the hardware equipments, ensure the stability of the testing and make full use of the test rig. Besides, adding the protecting function in ICC software could largely avoid the damages in converter from overcurrent and prevent the motors’ out of control, finally make sure of the safety of students and faulty.
