基于WinCC的港口水转水监控系统设计与实现

【摘要】 随着计算机技术的发展以及工业自动化水平的不断提高,利用计算机技术对生产进行管理以及对生产过程实施数据采集和监控,越来越受到人们的关注。组态软件就是计算机技术向工业领域渗透的产物。它具有接口开放、功能齐全、组态灵活、运行稳定、简单易学等特点,为用户提供了快速构建工业监控系统的手段,使其有效降低了开发成本和有效缩短了开发周期。在计算机上配以组态软件实现数据采集和过程控制是工业控制领域的一个明显趋势,因为这种模式可更直观、更方便地对生产过程进行实时监控,充分发挥计算机的复杂数据运算处理、报表统计和图形显示能力,同时避免工业控制过程中大量烦琐的编程工作,使用户能根据自己的控制对象和控制目的任意组态,从而构筑符合用户要求的监控系统。本文是以某港口水转水项目的改建为依托,运用自动化技术,工业通信网络技术以及功能强大的组态软件技术,介绍了基于组态软件WinCC开发设计上位监控系统的过程。本文首先介绍了工业监控系统发展历程,研究了组态软件与监控系统的关系,介绍了本课题的背景以及论文要完成的工作;基于监控系统设计原则以及该项目的控制要求,提出了水转水监控系统的总体设计方案,包括监控系统结构设计以及系统软件组成,特别针对监控系统设计中的关键问题进行了分析。根据对监控系统的实际要求的分析以及对各种组态软件的对比分析,选择组态软件WinCC,基于WinCC完成对上位监控系统功能设计,包括监控界面制作,组态报警设计,报表系统设计,以及用户管理的权限定义。本文介绍了实际项目中上位监控软件WinCC与下位PLC实现通信的方法,并通过对OPC技术的理论研究提出了基于OPC技术实现WinCC与PLC通信的系统功能扩展方案;由于WinCC自身的系统安全性设计不够完善,无法满足实际项目中关于系统安全性设计的要求,因此本文通过对ActiveX技术的理论研究设计了登陆系统来完善监控系统性能。

【Abstract】 With the development of computer technology and continual promotion of factory automation,more and more attention is paid to administration of factory information and data collection and monitor during industrial producing by means of computer technology.The configuration software,the very production of process of technology penetrating into industry,which has many advantages such as open interfaces,entire functions,flexible methods of configuration,stabilization and easy to learn etc.,provide users with methods that make them develop the industrial monitor system rapidly to decrease the production obviously and shorten the period effectively.It’s an obvious tendency in industrial control fields to set configuration software on computers,because this mode can real-time monitor industrial production process more intuifionally and conveniently,and fully exert computers’ ability on complicated data disposal,report forms statistic and graphics display.What’s more, configuration software can avoid troubled programming work in industrial control process,which enables users to make configuration at will to fast build up industrial monitor systems,according to users’ control objects and aims.Based on the rebuild construction of Vessel-to-Vessel Project of certain port,the paper applies the automation technology,the industrial communication network technology and up-to-date configuration tools,and introduces the basic method of designing the Vessel-to-Vessel Project monitoring system based on Wince software.This paper firstly introduces the development process of the industrial monitor system,and studies on the relation between configuration software,as well as the topic’s background,research content and significance.Then based on the design principles of the monitor system and the control demand of this project,the design plan is proposed,including structure design and software constitution of the monitor system,especially the key issues of the system design is analyzed.According to the analysis of the monitor system’s control demand and the comparative analysis of various configuration softwares,the paper chooses Wincc software.Then design the computer monitor system,including manufacture of the monitoring and controlling interface,design of configuration alarm,design of report forms and authority definition of user management.This paper not only introduces the communication method between Wince software and PLC but also proposes the design plan of system function extension which is based on OPC technology by the theories research of OPC technology. Because the security design of Wince software is not good enough,the requirements of system safety design can’t be satisfy.Login system based on ActiveX technology to perfect the system functions is designed.
