现浇混凝土双向密肋空腔楼盖理论分析

【摘要】 现浇钢筋混凝土双向密肋空腔楼盖由空心箱体、现浇钢筋混凝土密肋梁、现浇钢筋混凝土框架梁构成,空心箱体与密肋梁同高。这种楼盖形式可以减小楼盖结构层厚度,增加楼层净高,节省吊顶;由于肋梁间距小,正向交叉,不但受力性能好、刚度大、挠度小,而且整体性好,自重轻、材料省、隔热、隔音性能好,特别适合于大跨度大开间的多层高层建筑楼盖。本文对现浇钢筋混凝土双向密肋空腔楼盖进行了理论分析和有限元分析,提出了这种楼盖在横向荷载作用下的解析方法(拟夹层板法),同时对双向密肋空腔楼盖和普通梁板结构受力进行了比较,并对影响双向密肋空腔楼盖内力和变形的肋宽、肋高、板厚等因素进行了分析。本文共分五章:第一章介绍了无梁楼盖到空心楼盖的演变过程,并介绍了双向密肋空腔楼盖的结构形式、性能、施工工艺等。第二章建立双向密肋空腔楼盖合理的计算模型;将双向密肋空腔楼盖简化为夹层板这种计算模型。提出该楼盖的理论分析方法;采用拟夹层板法对双向密肋空腔楼盖进行受力分析,得出其在横向荷载作用下的挠度、内力。并编写matlab程序计算楼盖内力。第三章采用有限元软件ANSYS,建立双向密肋空腔楼盖的有限元模型,对其在横向荷载作用下特性进行有限元分析,将有限元软件分析结果与理论分析方法得出的结果进行对比,验证拟夹层板法的精确性。第四章对双向密肋空腔楼盖和普通梁板结构受力进行了比较,分析了在相同荷载和支承条件下几种楼盖形式内力分布特点及挠度变化规律,为双向密肋空腔楼盖的工程应用提供参考。第五章对影响双向密肋空腔楼盖内力和变形的肋宽、肋高、板厚等因素进行了分析,讨论了单一几何参数对该楼盖受力性能的影响规律,提出这些参数适宜取值范围,为这种楼盖设计提供参考。

【Abstract】 The cast-in-place concrete Fabricated Hollow-ribbed floor is composed by the reinforced concrete beam, the rib beam and the hollow box. It can reduce the thickness floor structure,increase the building height, because of the rib beam spacing small,two-way orthogonal,the cast-in-place concrete Fabricated Hollow-ribbed floor not only have the good behavior,the big stiffness,the small deflection, but also have good overall,light dignity,save materials, insulation、good noise performance. In particular it fit the large span high building floor.In this paper, use the theoretical method and the finite element method analysis the cast-in-place concrete Fabricated Hollow-ribbed floor. Presente the analytical method (the method of sandwich plate) and the deflection calculation method. And solve some floor problems which encountered in works. This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter introduce the floor evolutionary process and introduced the structure, performance, construction technology of cast-in-place concrete Fabricated Hollow-ribbed floor two-way rib cavity floor.The second chapter establish the cast-in-place concrete Fabricated Hollow-ribbed floor reasonable calculation model, propose two-way rib cavity floor of the Sandwich Plate this simplified model. Raise the floor theoretical analysis methods,use the sandwich plate method analysis the two-way rib cavity floor, obtaine the deflection and internal forces. Use matlab procedures calculate floor internal forces.The third chapter use the ANSYS establish the cast-in-place concrete Fabricated Hollow-ribbed floor model. The result of the method of sandwich plate is proved to be in good agreement with the finite element model result.The fourth chapter compare the cast-in-place concrete Fabricated Hollow-ribbed floor and the common floor structure, and analysis the same load and boundary conditions under several forms of internal force distribution floor deflection characteristics. The fifth chapter analysis the change of factors which include rib width、rib height and floor thickness impact internal forces and deformation of the cast-in-place concrete Fabricated Hollow-ribbed floor, and other factors are analyzed. Discussed the parameters of a single geometric properties of the floor by the force of the impact, these parameters appropriate range for the design of this floor will provide reference.
