热钢坯自动喷号机控制系统的研制

【摘要】 针对目前多数钢坯生产企业在连铸生产线上采用人工标号所导致的安全隐患多、工作效率低、工人劳动强度大等缺陷,本文研制了一种用于对连铸生产线上热轧钢坯进行喷印工作的自动喷号机。该设备应用先进的机械设计技术、伺服控制技术、气动控制技术和计算机控制技术,具有设备利用率高、位置精度高、动作响应快、可控性好等优势。本文的主要工作有:(1)阐述了自动喷号机在连铸线上的作用及开发的必要性,分析了国内外所研制的自动喷号机产品,提出了研制自动喷号机所涉及的相关技术,给出了课题的来源并概括了论文的主要工作。(2)叙述了自动喷号机的总体结构,具体阐述了自动喷号机的工作原理、性能指标及结构组成,详细介绍了机械系统的功能和组成,为控制系统的设计作了铺垫。(3)提出了自动喷号机控制系统的设计要求,给出了控制系统的总体设计方案,分析了伺服系统主要部件的选型,给出了伺服控制方式,设计了喷号机的喷嘴和气动控制方案,分析了PLC单元主要部件的选型,给出了控制程序的组成及功能。(4)研究了伺服系统及其伺服控制方法,并对位置控制和速度控制在本设计中的应用进行了详细分析,设计了自动喷号机的定位控制方案,阐述了横移运动控制方案和选号定位控制方案的实现方法。(5)提出了自动喷号机软件设计要求,设计了喷号机系统的PLC控制程序和PC控制界面。根据喷号机工作原理,设计了PLC控制程序流程图和梯形图程序,给出了PC控制界面程序的主界面并对其功能进行了简要说明。论文最后总结了全文的工作,并对本课题未来的研究进行了展望。

【Abstract】 The thesis aims to develop a kind of automatic ejecting machine working for hot billets. This machine is expected to improve the insufficiency of using manual ejecting, which leads to low efficiency and high labor intensity in most of billets production companies. This machine is applied advanced mechanical design technology, servo-control technology, pneumatic control technology and computer control technology, has advantages of effective utilization, high position precision, rapid response, and good controllability.This paper has finished the following works:(1) Gives a brief introduction of the function and the related technology of the hot billet ejecting machine, analyzes domestic and foreign products, points out the origin of this subject and summarizes main tasks of the thesis.(2) Describes the overall structure of the automatic ejecting machine, working principle, performance index and composition; discusses the function and the construction of the mechanical system. It is a foreshadowing of the design of the control system.(3) Provides the design specification of the control system, gives the whole design case of the control system; analyzes the major components style of the servo system, gives the control mode of servo system, designs the jet of automatic ejecting machine and the pneumatic control scenario of the air cylinder; analyzes the main parts of PLC system, and gives the function and the construction of control program.(4) Researches the servo system and its control mode, analyzes the position control and speed control which applied in this construct in detail, designs the mode of position control of automatic, states the implement method of the horizontal movement control case and the code choosing control case.(5) Works out the design specification of Automatic Ejecting Machine software, designs the PLC control program and the PC control interface. According to the working principle of the automatic ejecting machine, designs the procedure flow and the LAD of the PLC control program, provides the main interface of the PC control interface program and explains its function in brief.Finally, this paper summarizes the whole work and forwards the developing trend of this research.
