【摘要】 数据仓库技术是近年来新兴的一种企业信息系统建设技术,利用数据仓库技术来构建企业的信息系统,可以使企业的信息平台由原来的以单一数据库为中心的数据环境发展为体系化的数据环境,为企业提供商业决策支持信息。本课题研究如何应用数据仓库技术来建设《吉林省通信公司综合营销系统》。在课题研究中提出了基于数据库、操作数存储(ODS)、数据仓库和联机分析处理的系统解决方案和设计框架。整个论文分三个部分,第一部分从理论上概要介绍了数据仓库技术的产生、发展和应用现状,详细阐述了构建数据仓库系统的逻辑过程;第二部分从需求的角度分析了社区综合营销系统的建设目标、原则和软件的体系结构;第三部分论述了吉林省通信公司社区综合营销系统的三个逻辑层次(数据存储层、数据获取层和数据展现层)的设计方法和实现方案。作为一个数据仓库系统,数据获取层、数据存储层和数据展现层便是解决问题的方案,因此第三部分是系统建设的关键所在。本课题完全按照数据仓库系统和OLAP(联机分析)的理论进行构建。采用关系数据库ORACLE9i和星型模式进行数据的建模,用JSP进行前台的界面展示,用ORACLE PL/SQL编程进行后台处理,用BRIO报表开发工具进行预定报表的开发。本课题以长春市分公司为试点,进行系统建设。目前系统已正式运行,并在全省范围内推广,取得了显著成效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Data warehouse is a new enterprise information system construction technology in recent years. Adopting data warehouse to construct enterprise information system can develop the enterprise information platform from the former single data-based data environment to systematic data environment, which can provide commercial strategy support information for the company.This paper is about how to use data warehouse to construct JLCNC Community Comprehensive Marketing System. The system puts forward the scheme base on several supporting systems: database, operating data storage (ODS), data warehouse, and OLAP technology. The whole paper is divided into three parts. The first part briefly introduces the coming into being, development and current application case from the aspect of theories and particularly illustrate the logical process of constructing data warehouse system; the second part analyzes the construction goals, principles, and soft system structure of community comprehensive marketing system from the aspect of demand; the third part illustrates the design plan and fulfillment plan of the three logical administrative levels ( data acquisition level, data storage level and data access level) of JLCNC Community Comprehensive Marketing System.The system is constructed according to data warehouse system and the OLAP theory, adopts relation database and star model to construct data, to present the front screen with JSP, to process the back platform with ORACLE PL/SQL programming, and uses BRIO sheet development tool to develop designated sheet.The system uses the ChangChun branch as trial, it implements project development and usage.
