【摘要】 本文研究的是信息资源集成在企业资源计划(Enterprise Resource Planning,简称ERP)中的应用问题。笔者在阅读以往文献的过程中发现,虽然国内外许多学者及研究机构对信息资源集成领域的问题进行过探讨和研究,但是在信息资源集成内涵的认识上存在一定的问题或者说是误区,这些误区直接导致信息资源集成在企业信息资源计划的应用上受到一定的限制。不可否认,企业资源计划本身的出发点就是集成,但是在具体的实施过程中仍然存在许多问题。很多企业出发点是好的,但是在实际操作中却出现了偏差。针对发现的问题,本文提出了一种有别于国内许多学者的观点,即将信息资源的集成看成是一种过程、一种方法、一种管理理念,而不是单纯的各个功能模块间的拼凑。这种过程、方法、理念应该渗透在ERP的方方面面,乃至很小的细节里。为了能够更好的体现这种观点,作者选用了一家国有大型汽车制造企业(以下简称A企业)作为研究分析对象,针对企业的特点,尤其是大型制造型企业所引发的一系列问题展开分析和讨论。笔者希望运用调查法、归纳法、流程分析法、案例分析法等一系列研究方法,通过对A企业生产管理模块中的主生产计划、物料需求计划、物料需求计划、看板管理、客户关系管理等功能模块的阐述和分析,深入剖析信息资源集成思想在企业资源计划中的贯彻和应用,并针对目前所发现的问题提出相对切实可行的解决方案或指导思想,提出有待提高和改进的方面,使信息资源集成在企业资源计划中能够发挥更大的作用,在一定程度上减少或消除信息过载、信息孤岛、信息迟钝等问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article studies is the information resource integration in the Enterprise Resources Planning (is called ERP) center the application question.The author discovered in the reading former literature process, although the domestic and foreign many scholars and the development facility have carried on the discussion and the research to the information resource integration domain question, but has the certain problem in the information resource integration connotation understanding or said is the erroneous zone, these errors zones directly to integrated information resources in the Enterprise Resource Planning information on the application subject to certain restrictions. It is undeniable that the enterprise resource planning itself is the starting point for integrated, but in the concrete implementation of the many problems still exist. Many enterprises is a good starting point, but during the actual operation showed a deviation.Address the problems identified above, this paper presents a different many scholars view that the integration of information resources as a process, a way of a management concept, and not simply between the various functional modules patchwork. This process, methods, concepts should permeate all aspects of ERP, and even in the small details.In order to better reflect this view, the authors selected a large car manufacturing enterprises (hereinafter referred to A Enterprises), as the analysis, in view of the characteristics of enterprises, especially large-scale manufacturing enterprises triggered by a series of analysis and discussion of issues.The author hopes that use surveys, inductive method, process analysis, case analysis and a series of research methods, by A production management module in the main production planning, material requirements planning, Kanban management functions such as the elaboration and analysis, in-depth analysis of integrated information resources in the enterprise resource planning ideas in the implementation and applications, and currently the problems identified practical solutions or guiding ideology, proposed to be increased and improved, the integration of information resources in the enterprise resource planning able to play a greater role, to a certain extent, reduce or eliminate information overload, information islands, information retardation, and other issues.更多还原
