【摘要】 软力量理论是当今国际关系中一种新兴的理论形态,正对国际竞争发生着越来越重要的作用。但软力量作为一种无形的力量资源,需要借助一定的载体才能发挥其影响。在当代,结合了文化和信息技术的网络游戏成为了软力量的重要载体,借助网络游戏背后的文化,软力量得到充分的体现和发挥。我国具有庞大的网络游戏市场,中国互联网络信息中心(CNNIC)发布的《第21次中国互联网络发展状况统计报告》显示,截止2007年12月1日,我国的网络游戏用户已经达到1.2亿人,在18岁以下的网民中,有73.7%的青少年网民都玩过网络游戏。而在我国市场上运营的网络游戏中,境外网络游戏占有很大的比重,这些进入我国大陆的境外网络游戏以西方文化为视角,设计科学、巧妙,赢得了广大玩家的喜爱,每年从我国攫取了巨额的经济利润,而且对我国广大玩家发生着潜移默化的影响,玩家在游戏时往往屏蔽自己原有的价值观,被游戏的文化思想所异化,甚至影响到在现实生活中的思维方式和行为方式,尤其是对未成年人的世界观、人生观、价值观的形成产生了重大影响,这不仅造成了一些网络游戏成瘾现象的发生,也由此在一定程度上冲击了我国的主流价值观,引起玩家的文化认同危机,从而对我国的文化安全构成了挑战。面对境外网络游戏对我国文化安全构成的这种挑战,我国应采取一些切实可行的应对之策。本文将从软力量的视角对我国市场上的境外网络游戏的政治文化性及其影响作以探讨,以期使人们从更深层次上了解和认识网络游戏,从文化的高度分析和把握境外网络游戏带来的影响,从而防止西方国家借助网络游戏对我国进行文化渗透,保卫我国这一领域的文化安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 In current international relationship, soft power as an emerging theory is now playing animportant role in international competition. Soft power as an invisible force resourcesexerting its influences must be in virtue of certain carriers. In currently, Online gamecombined culture and information technology have become an important carrier of soft powerwhich is embodied and developed by the culture hidden in online game.There is a huge domestic market in online game. The "21 China Internet NetworkDevelopment Report" released by China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC)indicate that China has more than 120 million online game users by December 1 2007, andabout 73.7% have played online game aged blow 18. Most of online games in domesticmarket are mainly Introduced abroad, which are designed scientifically, skillfully accordingto Western Cultural Perspective , and won the majority of the player’s favorite. Foreign onlinegame companies obtained a great deal of economic profits from China online game market,furthermore most of players have been effected greatly by online game in ideology, such as inworld outlook, outlook on life and values, even way of thinking and conduct in their daily life,especially to minor. All of that not only make the online game addiction phenomenon on therise, but have an impact on our mainstream culture to some extent, resulted in the crisis ofonline game player cultural identity and challenged national cultural security.This article will give a Discussion on the political culture and impact of outside onlinegames in China’s market from the perspective of soft power, with a view to bring more peopleunderstand and recognize online games on a deeper level, Analysis and grasp The impact offoreign online games from the height of culture , thereby prevent the cultural penetration onChina from the western countries , and defend the cultural security of our country in this field.更多还原
