大连B公司薪酬体系研究

【摘要】 薪酬设计是建立现代薪酬管理制度的前提和重要组成部分,如何设计和建立一套科学的、符合企业发展特点的薪酬体系,对于企业人力资源管理和经营工作的更好开展具有重要意义。为构建大连B公司科学完善的人力资源管理体系,必须进行薪酬管理系统的设计研究,以建立稳定的员工队伍,激发员工的工作热情,创造高绩效,吸引高素质的人才。本文通过对大连B公司历年来薪酬发展体系的研究,针对B公司薪酬管理体系中存在的问题,以改进目前薪酬体系中的弊端、提高组织效率、实现企业目标为目的,对B公司薪酬体系进行了重新设计,在一定程度上提高了员工的满意度,减少了人员的流失。本文共分五个部分,第一部分从薪酬的概念入手,主要讨论薪酬构成、功能、影响薪酬水平的因素、薪酬体系的类型、薪酬设计原则和流程;第二部分介绍了B公司的背景情况,各个时期薪酬政策的演变情况;第三部分介绍了B公司进行的薪酬满意度调查的情况,分析了B公司薪酬管理体系中存在的各种问题;第四部分阐述了B公司薪酬管理策略的制定、组织机构的重新设计、工作分析、职位评价、薪酬调查的基本情况;第五部分对B公司的薪酬设计进行了评价。

【Abstract】 Salary design is the premise and important component of modern management system. How to design and establish a scientific salary system, which is consistent with the characteristics of the development of the enterprise, is important significant for human resources management and operation of the enterprise.In order to build scientific human resource management system of Dalian B company, we must research the salary management system, in order to establish a stable workforce, stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff, create a high-performance, and attract high-quality talents. Based on the research of salary development system of B company, this text analyze the existing problems of the salary management, in order to improve the current salary system defects, improve organizational efficiency and achieve the objectives of the enterprise. This text redesigns the salary system to improve employee satisfaction and reduce the loss of staff, to a certain extent.This text is divided into five sections, the first part, which start from the concept of salary, mainly discuss the salary structure, function, the impact of the salary level, the type of salary system, salary design principles and processes. The second part introduces the background of the company and each pay period of the evolution of policy. The third part introduces the salary satisfaction surveys, analyze various problem of the salary management system. Part IV formulates on establishment of the salary management strategy, redesign of the organization, analysis, job evaluation and the basic situation of salary investigation. The fifth part evaluates the company’s salary design.
