农村音乐教师对实施《音乐课程标准》适应性的现状调查与对策研究

【摘要】 2001年国家颁布《全日制义务教育音乐课程标准》(实验稿),这是中小学音乐教育改革的重大开始。随着素质教育的推进和基础教育课程改革的不断深入,城市的音乐教育得到了长足的发展,而农村的音乐教育却没有得到相应的重视,这样的结果只会导致城、乡音乐教育出现越来越大的差距,使城、乡音乐教育的发展失衡,从而不利于音乐教育的整体发展。本文采用问卷调查法、个案访谈法、观察分析法、文献资料法、数据统计法进行研究,其中问卷调查法和个案访谈法是本次调查研究的重要手段,以辽宁省铁岭地区部分农村中小学音乐教师为主要调查对象,选择实地调查,对20所中小学农村音乐教师实施《音乐课程标准》适应性进行调查,统计调查数据,分析调查结果,阐述了农村音乐教师对实施《音乐课程标准》适应性的现状问题,分析了影响农村音乐教师对实施《音乐课程标准》适应性的因素,为提高农村音乐教师对实施《音乐课程标准》适应性提出了相应的解决措施。为农村音乐教师进一步适应音乐课程改革提供指导、借鉴的价值,加快实现我国城乡音乐教育均衡发展。

【Abstract】 In 2001, the nation promulgated " Music Curriculum Standard of Full-time Compulsory education " (experiment manuscript), which is the significant beginning of the elementary school and middle schools’music education reform .Along with the advancement of education for all-around development and the unceasingly deep-going of elementary education curriculum reform, the city music education has obtained the considerable development, but the country music education has not obtained the corresponding regard, which only result in causing more and more spatial difference between city and country music education and leading to the developing unbalance of city and country music education , therefore ,which doesn’t benefit for integral development of music education.The article adopts questionnaire survey procedure, the case interview method, the observation analytic method, the literature material method and the statistic data method to research, the questionnaire survey procedure and the case interview method are the important measures of the investigation and study, takeing some country music teacher of middle school and elementary school as main investational objeact in Tieling of Liaoning ,carrying on fieldwork,investing twenty middle school and elementary school’s teachers’adaptability to implementing "Music Curriculum Standard",counting the survey data, analyzing the survey result, elaborating the present situation and influencial factor and solving measure of country music teacher’s adaptability to implements "Music Curriculum Standard" .the study provide instructive worth for country music teacher adaptability to music curriculum reform further , and achieve balanced development of the city and country’s music education
