吉林省Y县农村教师继续教育网络课程实施的研究

【摘要】 农村的发展关键在于教育,农村教育的发展关键在于教师,农村教师的发展关键在于教师的继续教育。在信息技术飞速发展的今天,互联网的不断成熟为教师继续教育提供了先进的物质条件和新的发展思路。基于网络的教师继续教育模式具有许多传统模式无法比拟的优势,为农村教师的跨越式发展提供了可能性。而目前基于网络的教师继续教育的研究重点在网络课程的研究,在国内这方面的研究才刚刚起步,还有许多工作要做。关于农村教师继续教育网络课程的研究是一个非常迫切的、有着重要现实意义的应用研究项目。针对我国农村教师网络继续教育的发展状况,笔者运用问卷调查法、访谈法及文献研究法,对农村教师继续教育的网络课程实施现状进行了研究。论文的主要内容如下:引言部分:从整体上介绍了农村教师继续教育网络课程实施的概况。说明了本选题的背景与缘起和农村教师继续教育网络课程的研究意义。第一部分:农村教师继续教育网络课程的研究综述。从教师继续教育网络课程的基本概念、国外教师网络继续教育研究的基本状况、网络课程是教师继续教育的新途径、我国农村教师继续教育网络课程研究的现状和影响农村教师继续教育网络课程发展的因素等方面,说明了农村教师继续教育网络课程实施的基础。第二部分:从调查Y县农村教师继续教育网络课程的实施入手,分析了Y县农村教师继续教育网络课程实施的现状,进而分析了影响Y县农村教师继续教育网络课程实施的因素,论述了改善农村教师继续教育网络课程的必要性。第三部分:在以上研究基础上,提出了改善Y县农村教师继续教育网络课程实施的几点建议。结语部分:对农村教师继续教育网络课程的几点思考。

【Abstract】 The key of countryside development lies in education,the key of rural education development lies in teacher,the key of development rural teacher lies in teacher continuing education.Nowadays,the rapid development of the information technology is well underway,and the growth of the Internet provides the teachers continuing education with advanced technology and innovative ideas.The web-based model with edges incomparable to traditional model fits well to the teachers who need to continue their studies,and provides the possibility for the leapfrog development of rural teacher.But at present,the research priority of web-based teachers continuing education is the study of network curriculum,the research in this area has just begun in our country,remains a lot work.The study in the network curriculum of rural teachers continuing education is a very urgent and important practical significance of applied research project.In view of the of rural teachers network continuing education,the authors used questionnaires,interviews and surveys of literature study,rural teachers continuing education of the network curriculum was studied.The main elements are as follows:Preface:on the whole profile of network curriculum of rural teachers education.The topics explained the background and origin of the research and the significance of network curriculum of rural teachers continuing education.Part I:The review of network curriculum of rural teachers continuing education.From the related concept of the network curriculum of teachers continuing education,the basic situation of teachers networks continuing education at abroad,network curriculum is the new ways of continuing education of teachers, the basic situation of rural teachers networks continuing education at home and the impact of rural teachers’continuing education network curriculum development factors and so on,to explain the basis of implementing the network curriculum of rural teachers continuing education.Part II:Proceed with the survey process of the actuality of he network curriculum of rural teachers continuing education in Y county.In the analysis of the implemented actuality of network curriculum of rural teachers continuing education in Y county,illustrated the impact factors of the actual network curriculum of rural teachers continuing education in Y county,discussed the necessity of improving the network curriculum of rural teachers continuing education.Part III:Research on the basis of the above,put forward suggestions to improve the network curriculum of rural teachers continuing education in Y county. Conclusion:Thoughts on the network curriculum of rural teachers continuing education.
