【摘要】 中等职业教育作为整个教育的组成部分,在我国的科教兴国和人才强国战略中肩负着重要使命。面对国内国外的经济发展形势,不断探索中职技能型人才培养模式,提高人才培养质量,实现人才培养目标,是当前乃至今后一段时期要完成的一项重要任务。实现农业机械现代化是我国在农业方面要实现的主要工作目标。江泽民总书记到黑龙江农垦视查工作时着重强调:“要在垦区率先实现农业现代化。”要实现这一工作目标,黑龙江农垦在农机方面的专业技术人才缺口是很大的,而且这些从业人员需要接受职业教育。以往的中等职业学校毕业生的专业技能水平与岗位要求标准有较大差距,毕业生上岗不能顶岗。而用人单位迫切需要的是上岗就能顶岗的“理论够用,技能过硬”的专业技术人员。因此,要正确定位人才培养模式,准确定位培养目标,达到理论够用,技能适用,重点强调学生的动手能力,独立解决问题的能力,能够独立进行农业生产的能力,使我国的农业生产尽快达到现代化水平,真正为垦区率先实现农业现代化做出应有的贡献。只有模式科学,符合人才培养标准,才能有效高速的培养出大量技能型人才。为此,必须对原有人才培养模式进行改革,转变教育观念,狠抓实践教学,切实从以专业学科为本位向以职业岗位和就业为本位转变,从传统的偏重学生知识的传授向注重就业能力的提高和综合职业素质的养成转变。探索中等职业学校技能型人才培养模式势在必行,研究中等职业学校技能型人才培养尤其重要,本论文从研究问题的起因入手,学习借鉴了国内外人才培养模式,分析了技能型人才培养模式的构成要素,提出了技能型人才培养模式的实践构想等,通过对几个方面的论述,进而得出了适合黑龙江农垦机械化学校学生实践技能训练的有效方法,以运用于农机专业学生技能训练的教学实践,并加以推广。更多还原

Only model is correct, with personnel training standards, to be effective the high-speed train a large number of skilled personnel.Therefore, we must train people to the original model of reform to change the educational concept, pay close attention to practice teaching, and to discipline-based professional to professional status and to the employment-based shift from the traditional biased towards imparting knowledge to students on improve the employability of career development of quality and comprehensive changes.
