中等职业学校技能型人才培养模式研究

【摘要】 中等职业教育作为整个教育的组成部分,在我国的科教兴国和人才强国战略中肩负着重要使命。面对国内国外的经济发展形势,不断探索中职技能型人才培养模式,提高人才培养质量,实现人才培养目标,是当前乃至今后一段时期要完成的一项重要任务。实现农业机械现代化是我国在农业方面要实现的主要工作目标。江泽民总书记到黑龙江农垦视查工作时着重强调:“要在垦区率先实现农业现代化。”要实现这一工作目标,黑龙江农垦在农机方面的专业技术人才缺口是很大的,而且这些从业人员需要接受职业教育。以往的中等职业学校毕业生的专业技能水平与岗位要求标准有较大差距,毕业生上岗不能顶岗。而用人单位迫切需要的是上岗就能顶岗的“理论够用,技能过硬”的专业技术人员。因此,要正确定位人才培养模式,准确定位培养目标,达到理论够用,技能适用,重点强调学生的动手能力,独立解决问题的能力,能够独立进行农业生产的能力,使我国的农业生产尽快达到现代化水平,真正为垦区率先实现农业现代化做出应有的贡献。只有模式科学,符合人才培养标准,才能有效高速的培养出大量技能型人才。为此,必须对原有人才培养模式进行改革,转变教育观念,狠抓实践教学,切实从以专业学科为本位向以职业岗位和就业为本位转变,从传统的偏重学生知识的传授向注重就业能力的提高和综合职业素质的养成转变。探索中等职业学校技能型人才培养模式势在必行,研究中等职业学校技能型人才培养尤其重要,本论文从研究问题的起因入手,学习借鉴了国内外人才培养模式,分析了技能型人才培养模式的构成要素,提出了技能型人才培养模式的实践构想等,通过对几个方面的论述,进而得出了适合黑龙江农垦机械化学校学生实践技能训练的有效方法,以运用于农机专业学生技能训练的教学实践,并加以推广。

【Abstract】 The entire secondary vocational education as an integral part of education in China’s strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and personnel power shoulder an important mission, in the face of domestic and foreign economic development in the form of skills to constantly explore talents in the training mode, improve the quality of personnel training to achieve the goal of cultivating talent, now and for some time to do important task.. To achieve modernization of China’s agricultural machinery in agriculture to achieve the main objective of Jiang Zemin, general secretary of the Heilongjiang Farm inspection work highlighted: "in the reclamation area to take the lead in realizing modernization of agriculture."To achieve this goal, Heilongjiang Farm in the Agricultural Mechanization of professional and technical personnel is a big gap, and that these employees need to receive vocational education. Past graduates of secondary vocational schools and the level of professional skills required standard posts have greater disparity. Graduates posts can not work. While employing units urgent need is for posts will be able to work"theory enough, skills perfect" professional and technical personnel.Therefore, in order to accurately define personnel training mode, accurate positioning training objectives, achieve sufficient theory, skills apply, with an emphasis on students practical ability, independent problem-solving skills, able to conduct independent agricultural production, and made China’s agricultural production as soon as possible to achieve the level of modernization, true to the reclamation area take the lead in realizing modernization of agriculture make due contributions. Only model is correct, with personnel training standards, to be effective the high-speed train a large number of skilled personnel.Therefore, we must train people to the original model of reform to change the educational concept, pay close attention to practice teaching, and to discipline-based professional to professional status and to the employment-based shift from the traditional biased towards imparting knowledge to students on improve the employability of career development of quality and comprehensive changes. Exploration and research skills-secondary vocational school personnel training mode is imperative to explore specialized secondary schools on the skills of personnel training is particularly important, this paper studies the causes of the problem from the start of the domestic and international personnel training mode status, skills - Training mode of practice ideas, skills training model of personnel elements, and several other aspects to be addressed to arrive at a suitable Heilongjiang Farm mechanization school students practical skills training and effective methodology to the students of Agricultural Machinery professional skills of teaching practice, and to promote.
