激励偏好及其与激励方式符合程度同工作满意度的关系

【摘要】 随着人力资源管理近年内在国内的迅速发展,越来越多的管理者开始逐步意识到了其重要性。组织是由员工组成的,所以组织的发展在于如何最大程度调动员工的积极性,这就涉及到激励的问题,激励是人力资源管理的核心问题,而了解员工的激励偏好,投其所好的进行激励,可以更大程度的激励员工、发挥其潜能。由于不同的职业有不同的工作性质,那么,是不是所有职业员工都有相同的激励偏好呢?员工的激励偏好是否得到满足,也就是单位现有的激励方式与其激励偏好的符合程度,是否同员工的工作满意度密切相关呢?根据职业的特性,本论文选取了吉林省部分高校教师、技术工人以及服务业人员这三种较有代表性的职业为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方式进行资料收集,以探讨不同职业员工激励偏好的差异、现行激励方式与其激励偏好的符合程度同其工作满意度的关系。研究结果表明:(1)不同职业的员工之间的激励偏好存在显著差异(2)员工的激励偏好在不同人口统计学因素上存在显著差异;(3)现行激励方式与员工的激励偏好的符合程度同员工的工作满意度之间存在显著的正相关,除“他人肯定”因素外,现行激励方式与员工的激励偏好的符合程度对工作满意度有积极的促进作用。

【Abstract】 As the Human Resource Management is developing faster and faster recently,more and more managers started to realise its importance.Companies are comprised by employees ,so how to motivate the employees’potential abilities is the key to develop the companies.Motivation is the core of Human Resource Management. Fingding out the employees’Motivation Preferences could motivate the employees’potential abilities best.Are the employees of all kinds of jobs have the same Motivation Preferences? Are the employees’Job Satisfaction higher when they are satisfied their Motivation Preferences?This paper based on the study on teachers,workers and sellers in Jilin province by sending questionnaires. The purposes of the investigation is to find out differences of employees’Motivation Preferences among three jobs and the relationship between employees’job satisfaction and the coincidence level between the companies’Motivation Ways and employees’Motivation Preferences. The results of the research are : (1)There is a significant difference among the employees’Motivation Preferences of the three different jobs. Most of the teachers’preferences of Motivation Preferences factors are highter than the workers’and the sellers’. (2)There are significant differences between different personal attibutes and employees’Motivation Preferences. (3)There is a significant correlation between coincidence level of the companies’Motivation Ways and employees’Motivation Preferences and employees’job satisfaction.
