水源水质原位改善的强化生物接触氧化技术实验研究

【摘要】 强化生物接触氧化水质改善技术是利用扬水曝气器的混合充氧功能和生物接触氧化填料装置的氧化降解水体有机物的功能来改善水源水水质的,是一种原位水体水质改善技术。固定化生物填料去除微污染水体有机物小试实验结果表明:在水温20℃、停留时间七天的条件下,经9株高效的硝化细菌、反硝化细菌和聚磷菌固定后的不同填料对有机物的去除效果有较大的差别,部分填料对水中氨氮、总氮和总磷的去除效果较好。扬水曝气强化生物接触氧化水质改善装置中试实验表明:装置在水温16℃,填料周围溶解氧8.4~8.9mg/L条件下运行16天,CODMn的去除率为26%左右;氨氮去除效果较好达到87.5%;总氮的去除率是18%;总磷的去除效果为65%;UV254的去除率达到27.1%。生物相分析,镜检能观察到大量的细菌包括菌胶团,丝状菌,钟虫,纤毛虫,多种种属的原生动物和少量后生动物。化学氧化与扬水曝气强化生物接触氧化水质改善联用技术联合运行实验结果表明:化学预氧化能提高水中有机物的可生化性,提高有机物的去除率,CODMn的去除率为40.7%;氨氮去除效果较好达到87.5%;总氮的去除率是31.1%;总磷的去除率为42.3%;UV254的去除率达到34.8%。

【Abstract】 The bio-contact oxidation process enhanced by water-lifting aerator was an onsite process for water quality control.The water-lifting Aerator mixed and oxygenated the water body,the bio-contact oxidation filler device could remove the organic matter efficiently in the micro-polluted source water under the conditions of DO concentration,nutrition’s transport and turbulence of water body provided by water-lifting aerator.The technology of bio-contact oxidation process enhanced by water-lifting aerator had the advantages of less investment and lower operating costs. A stable eco-efficient system were formed on the surface of fillers in a short time because of the apply of immobilized microorganism technology.The experimental study on the removal of organic matter in micro-polluted source water by immobilized microorganism fillers showed that the removal rate of different kinds of fillers had a big difference.Some kinds of fillers could remove the organic matter in the water efficiently.The pilot experiment study on the bio-contact oxidation process enhanced by water-lifting aerator showed that the removal rate of ammonia-nitrogen,TN,TP, CODMn,UV254were 87.5%,18%,65%,26%,27.1%respectively.The bio-phase analysis showed that a large number of bacteria,protozoa and epigenetic animals could be observed through microscope.The experiment cycle was 16 days,during that time,the temperature was 16℃,the dissolved oxygen concentration around the filler was 8.4~8.9 mg/L.Chemical oxidation technology combined with the bio-contact oxidation process enhanced by water-lifting aerator were used to remove the organic matter in the micro-poUuted water.First,Chlorine was voted in the water through water-lifting aerator(dosage of 3 mg/L),after 5 days,the water improvement device of the bio-contact oxidation process enhanced by water-lifting aerator started to run.The water quality was monitored everyday,the experiment results showed that pre-oxidation could increase the biodegradability of the organic matter in the water body.The removal rate of ammonia-nitrogen,TN,TP,CODMn,UV254were 87.5%, 31.1%,42.3%,40.7%,34.8%respectively.
