张拉柱面巨型网格结构静、动力性能研究

【摘要】 在杂交结构理论基础上讨论了一种新型结构体系,索、杆、梁混合体系即:张拉柱面巨型网格结构。通过施加预拉力,改善结构的受力性能,减小了结构对支座的水平推力、支座部位杆件的受力及截面尺寸。本文运用有限元方法,对其进行了以下几个方面的工作:(1)在平衡矩阵理论基础上提出索、杆、梁混合体系的初始态预应力分布的确定方法:优化分析法。这个方法可以通过现有的有限元分析软件ansys分析结构整体预应力分布,不需要再自我编程求解,为结构的分析设计提供了方便。(2)首先分析了结构荷载态的静力性能,并进行了参数分析,找出结构内力与位移随参数变化的规律,为以后此类结构设计提供参数设计的依据。然后对张拉柱面巨型网格结构在静力稳定方面与巨型网格结构相比较,分析下部设置张拉索以后是否能提高结构极限屈曲载荷。(3)研究了张拉柱面巨型网格结构的自振频率和振型,并讨论了跨度、矢跨比、垂跨比、主网格大小、立体桁架梁高、子结构载荷、撑杆数量、索的预拉力、结构约束条件对结构动力特性影响,为进一步探讨该结构体系的抗震性能作下铺垫。(4)用时程分析法分析张拉柱面巨型网格结构在一维和多维EL—CENTR波地震作用下的地震响应,找出结构各部分杆件的内力与关键节点位移随时间变化规律。

【Abstract】 In the hybrid structure theory, discusses a new form of structures, cable, rod, beam system that is mixed: Tension cylindrical reticulated mega-structure. Through pre-stress, meliorates bearings, reducing the structure on the level of thrust bearings, bearing part of the bar and the section size. In this paper, using of the finite element method, researches the following aspects:(1) A new method to determine the initial pre-stress distribution for cable-bar-beam hybrid structures is optimization analytical method. This method can be through the existing finite element analysis software analysis pre-stressed distribution for structure without self-programming solution for structural analysis provides a convenient design.(2) Fist, Analyses the static capability of the structure under the load state, and the parameters of analysis to identify internal force structure, the changes of displacement, such as the future structure of the design parameters of the deign basis. Then compares with Tension reticulated mega-structure and reticulated mega-structure in the aspects of the static stability, and finds the lower part of cable set-effectively improve the structure of buckling load limit.(3) The characteristics of natural vibration frequency of the tension cylindrical reticulated mega-structure are researched. A series of parameter analyses are carried out for the dynamic characteristics of this structure, including structural span, rise-span ratio, sag-span ratio, grid size, three-dimensional truss beam height, secondary structure’s load size, pole numbers, pre-stress and structural constraints .All this work will provide base for the seismic analysis of this structure.(4) With the time-history analysis studies the tension cylindrical reticulated mega-structure in the one-dimensional and multi-dimensional seismic wave ELCENTR0, the structure of the internal forces and part-key node displacement over time of the curve and analysis of the structure’s dynamic response and change’s of displacement.
