龙钢炼铁系统工艺优化研究

【摘要】 高炉炼铁是一个复杂的系统工程,它涉及到原料准备、精料水平、设备改造、工艺改进、高炉强化冶炼及生产管理等诸多因素。炼铁系统优化一直是高炉工作者广泛关注和积极探索实践的课题。近年来,龙钢结合自身条件在这方面进行了有益探索和大胆实践。通过系统挖潜、工艺改进、强化管理,围绕炼铁高产、优质、低耗、长寿方针,通过提高入炉原燃料质量、优化炉料结构等提高精料水平;引用先进设备、技术,强化高炉操作,优化炼铁工艺,使高炉利用系数、综合焦比等各项经济技术指标得到明显改善。本文通过分析影响炼铁系统指标提升的各个因素,结合龙钢炼铁系统生产状况并以生产改进措施及数据为依据,对龙钢铁前系统各个时期的状况进行了对比分析,探索出了龙钢炼铁系统系统进一步优化的方向,通过研究得出如下结果:(1)坚持精料方针,依靠精料技术,使入炉原燃料质量及稳定性进一步提高是龙钢高炉稳定顺行及进一步强化冶炼提升指标的基础。(2)高炉操作在实现全风、全风温、高顶压、稳定富氧的基础上,进一步向提高煤比、提高煤气利用及低硅冶炼上转变是龙钢高炉冶炼实现低成本所必须贯彻的指导思想。(3)以高炉为核心,不断引用实用技术,不断强化设备及炉外管理,给高炉生产创造良好的外围条件也是龙钢炼铁系统必须长期坚持的指导思想。

【Abstract】 The process of BF iron making is a complex system engineering, which involves many factors such as material prepare, concentrate level, equipment transformation, technology improvement, BF intensified smelting and production management. Iron making system optimization is a subject which has been widely concerned and is in active exploration and practice by the engineering technicians in the field. Recently, based on its own advantages, LongSteel has a beneficial exploration and brave practice. Depend on tapping the latent power of system, improving technology, strengthening management, encircling the policy of high yield, high quality, low consume, long life in iron plant, improving coke quality and optimizing the BF burden, the concentrate level is increased. The economic and technical indexes such as utilization coefficient and comprehensive coke ratio are improved obviously by fetching in advanced equipment and technology, intensifying blast furnace operation, optimizing iron making process.This paper analyses every factors which influence the improvement of iron making system indexes, according to LongSteel iron making system status, based on production improvement measures and figures, comparatively analyses the status of system before iron in various periods of LongSteel, explore the direction which further optimize iron making system of LongSteel. From the research, we can make the following conclusion:1) Insisting on and depending on concentrate principle to making further improvement of the stability and quality of the raw material and fuel is the basic of stable smooth operation and further intensified smelting of LongSteel BF.2) Basing on the BF operation principles such as: overall blast, overall blow temperature, high top pressure, stable rich-oxygen air blowing, further improving the PCI rate, gas utilization and low silicon smelting is the guiding ideology of carrying out the low cast smelt of LongSteel BF. 3) Taking on BF as core, continuously introducing practical technologies, consolidating the equipment and outside BF management to creating good periphery conditions for BF production is also the guiding ideology of LongSteel iron making system.
