多层密肋壁板结构造价优化设计方法研究

【摘要】 密肋壁板结构体系是一种生态环保、节能抗震、快速建造、经济实用的建筑结构新体系,有着很好的推广应用前景。结构优化设计方法研究是其设计理论的重要组成部分。鉴于目前密肋壁板结构的优化设计研究仍处于构件阶段,本文在课题组前期研究的基础上,针对多层密肋壁板结构进行造价优化设计研究,完成的主要工作有:1、提出了多层密肋壁板结构造价优化设计原理:基于多层密肋壁板结构抗震计算方法,建立了指定烈度下多层密肋壁板结构造价优化设计数学模型;提出了基于分部优化法与遗传算法的多层密肋壁板结构造价优化设计思路,并给出优化设计流程,为密肋壁板结构体系优化设计问题开辟了新思路。2、针对密肋壁板结构主要受力构件——密肋复合墙体,进行了基于遗传算法的造价优化设计研究:根据密肋复合墙体构造及受力特点,建立了密肋复合墙体造价最小优化设计数学模型;提出了基于遗传算法的密肋复合墙体优化设计实现操作,并对该优化设计问题进行遗传算法的形式化描述,最后给出了优化计算流程及程序实现方法。3、通过多层密肋壁板结构优化设计实例分析,介绍了结构造价优化设计过程;对优化结果进行对比分析,并对影响优化结果的因素进行了探讨。理论分析与计算结果表明:本文提出的多层密肋壁板结构造价优化设计方法合理、可行,具有一定的工程实用意义。

【Abstract】 The multi-ribbed slab structure is a new, energy-saving and assembled monolithic residential building structure with good seismic performance. The study on the optimization design method of the structure is an important part of the design theory for the structural system. In view of the fact that the study on the optimization design of multi-ribbed slab structure still rest on the member of the structure. Based on previous study results, the cost optimization design method of the multi-storied multi-ribbed slab structure is studied in this paper. The main works can be detailed as following:1、The Principle of optimization design for the multi-storied multi-ribbed slab structure is put forward. Based on the aseismic calculation method of the multi-storied multi-ribbed slab structure, the cost optimization design mathematical model of the structure under given fortification intensity is established, and the methods of partial-optimation and Genetic Algorithm are combined to be used for the calculation of optimization design for the multi-storied multi-ribbed slab structure. In addition, the process of optimization design based on partial-optimation and Genetic Algorithm for the multi-storied multi-ribbed slab structure is given.2、The cost optimization design of the multi-ribbed composite wall, which is the main load-bearing member in the multi-ribbed slab structure, is carried on in the paper: The cost optimization design mathematical model of the multi-ribbed composite wall is established, and the implementation method of the optimization design based on Genetic Algorithm is proposed. At the same time, the formal description based on Genetic Algorithm of the optimization design problem is given. Finally the process of optimization calculation and program implementation method is obtained3、A case of optimization design is given to introduce the process of cost optimization the structure, and the optimization results are compared and analyzed. Moreover, the influencing factors of the optimization results are discussed. Theoretical analysis and calculated results show that the cost optimization design method for the multi-storied multi-ribbed slab structure was found to be reasonable, practicable and have some meaning to the practical engineering.
