【摘要】 风机监控系统的监控对象是用于工业实际生产过程中的工业风机。在化工、冶金、选矿等行业中,风机是生产过程中的重要设备。风机设备的稳定可靠运行是保证整个生产过程顺利进行的必要保证。随着工业技术的不断进步,对风机监控系统在可靠性、网络扩展功能和兼容性等方面提出了更高的要求。在用系统分析的方法对金川集团选矿厂风机系统工作流程和实际生产环境做了深入的分析,并对计算机监控的各种方式、数据采集和工业监控软件进行了分析和研究的基础上,提出了以“组态王”为核心监控软件,构建基于PLC的远程数据采集和控制系统的解决方案。监控系统采用RS-485总线连接方式,利用Modbus通信协议,通过对下位PLC的软件编程实现了PLC与现场仪表之间的连接和通信;并且通过Profibus-DP总线方式,实现了PLC之间、PLC与监控计算机之间的连接和通信。根据工业现场的实际要求,设计了合理的外围控制电路并选择了合适的硬件设备。利用“组态王”提供的强大的编程环境,使监控系统具有了信号采集、数据处理、动态显示、实时报警、历史报表记录等功能,实现了对风机系统主要运行参数的实时监视和风机运行过程的联锁控制。该系统经过现场调试,满足了用户的需求,是一个具有良好的可靠性、网络可扩充性和兼容性的监控系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 Monitoring object of fan monitoring system is industrial fan used in the process of industrial actual production. In the area of chemical industry, metallurgy, mineral processing industries, the fan is the key equipment of the production process. Stable and reliable operation of the fan is the basic requirements to ensure the entire production process smoothly. With the development of industrial, there will be higher requirements for the reliability, functionality and compatibility of network expansion and other aspects of fan monitoring system.Deeply analyzing the workflow and the actual production environment on the fan system of Jinchuan Group Concentrating mill, analyzing and studying the various ways in computer monitoring, data acquisition and industrial supervisory control configuration software by using systems analyzing approach. This article puts forward a "Kingview" as supervisory control software to form a remote data acquision construction and control system based on IPC.Monitoring system using RS-485 bus connections, using Modbus communication protocol, and PLC software programming achieve the link and communication between instrument and PLC; and through Profibus-DP bus achieve the link and communication between PLC, PLC and monitor computer. According to the actual requirements of industrial, design a reasonable external control circuit and select the appropriate hardware.Using powerful programming environmen of "Kingview" , the monitoring system has many functiongs like signal collection, data processing, dynamic display, real-time warning, the statements of historical records and so on. and achieved the real-time monitoring of fan system main operating parameters and the chain control of fan operation.
