【摘要】 智能化建筑已成为当代建筑的主要特征。智能建筑系统集成主要是以BAS系统(建筑设备自动化系统)为主的自动化系统的集成。对BAS实现综合管理的系统,称为建筑物管理系统BMS(Building Management System)。BMS集成模式在实际应用中又经历了由以硬接点方式进行系统集成发展到以OPC技术为代表的基于子系统平等方式的集成阶段。市场是原动力,大型研发基地、高档住宅小区等智能大厦迫切需要“经济实用”的系统集成解决方案来达到智能化要求。新型研究开发基地工程庞大,具有特殊的智能化需求,集成度高于一般智能建筑,而且,其子系统联动控制功能多,需要针对不同的子系统,分别选择相应的集成模式和集成技术实现。本文以四联智能技术股份有限公司承担的项目—西北电力设计院研究开发基地的系统集成工程为背景。相对于集成商以往的设计思路,即依赖集成产品的新技术解决方案来配置实现集成功能,本文强调以客户为中心,设计定制集成方案。针对工程中多子系统集成进行了方案分析,研究了基于IBMS架构的集成原理;重点分析本工程中基于OPC规范的FAS、BAS系统集成设计的不同,包括定制接口的结构、数据库表的建立、联动功能程序设计的不同。提出了内置OPC Server满足实时联动需求的多个子系统联动集成解决方案,以及定制OPC Server与组态软件相结合的楼宇控制系统集成解决方案。采用Visual Basic 6.0以SQL Server作数据库自编完整的OPCServer & Client监控程序,并成功调试应用。详细论述了在调试工作中,用EBI软件开发集成平台以及组态王做精密空调监控平台实现双机冗余运行的经验;短信报警功能的实现、系统维护问题和解决思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The intellectualized building has become the main characteristic of the contemporary building. The intellectualized building system gives priority to the BAS system(building equipments automation) as its main automation system integration. The system for carrying out general management to the BAS is called the building management system BMS(Building Management System).And the BMS integration mode has gone though from the stage of system integration by hard point contacted to the stage of system integration based on the sub- system equal way, which develops to take OPC technique as the representative integrated technique in practical applications.The market is a motive force. And the large development base, upscale residence area etc. intelligence mansion urgently needs the "economy and practical" system integration solution to meet the intellectualized request. New research and development base is a huge project. Because of the special intellectualized needs, intelligent building integration lever is higher than the general integration buildings. And for the needs of its subsystems linkage control functions, all the different subsystems, respectively, select the appropriate model of integration and integration technology.The system integration project of Northwest Electric Power Design Institute Base for Research and Development is token as background, which undertake by Silian Intellectual Technology Corporation. With respect to the customary way of the Integration’s design mode, namely, depending on the new technique solution of integration product to install and realize the integration function, This text aims at the intelligence mansion class integration, emphasize to take customer as center and make to order a design integration a project. Aim at many sub- system integrations in the engineering carried on a project analysis and studied the integrated principle of the structure according to the IBMS. The point is that analyze the differences of the FAS and BAS system integration design based on OPC specifications, including program structure of the custom interface, database forms and linkage control program design. Put forward the resolution of the build-in OPC Server to carry out multi-subsystem linkage integration functions for the linkage request and the resolution of the configuration software combining with the custom OPC Server for the BAS system. Using Visual Basic 6.0 with SQL server database to make the OPC Server & Client monitoring procedures dependently and successful adjust for application. Discusses in detail the commissioning work, such as the experiences with the EBI software development integrated platform and with the Kingview as the precision air-conditioning control platform for implementing the double-redundant operation, SMS alarm function and system maintenance solutions.更多还原
