沥青路面水损害成因分析及级配研究

【摘要】 沥青路面的早期水损害已经成为我国高速公路沥青路面最严重的病害之一。因此有必要研究水损害的成因并对其进行有效的防治。本文通过分析沥青路面早期水损害的成因及产生的机理,研究沥青路面表面层级配,并进行了室内试验研究。从压实性能、混合料离析、添加抗剥落剂等方面提出了沥青路面水损害的防治措施。本文对采用Superpave设计法设计的沥青混合料级配进行了详细的路用性能研究。研究表明,该级配不仅具有较好的水稳定性,而且其它路用性能均满足高速公路面层的要求。通过综合考虑了压实性能及路用性能后,建议沥青路面表面层结构层厚度与混合料最大粒径的合理比例为2.5,并指出在施工过程中混合料的离析是路面产生局部损坏的原因,因此必须解决沥青混合料的离析和不均匀问题。此外,文中还对沥青路面水损害的防治提出了其它的措施:如添加抗剥落剂、提高压实标准、设置路面内部排水系统等。

【Abstract】 The early moisture damage of asphalt pavements has been one of the uppermost distresses in expressway, it is necessary to study the causes of the moisture damage and to effective prevent and treatment.The paper analyzed the causes and the mechanism of the early moisture damage, had carried out a series of laboratory tests to research the gradation of the surface course, and pointed the prevention measures from the compaction capacity and the mixture segregation and the anti-stripping agent.The paper studied the pavement performance of the mixture gradation, which designed by Superpave methods. The results showed that the gradation not only has perfect water-stability, but also can meet the demands of expressway. By considering the compaction capacity and the pavement performance, the optimal ratio of the structural layer thickness to the maximum particle-size is 2.5. And pointed out that during construction the mixture segregation is the causes of the local damage, it is necessary to resolve the mixture segregation and the nonuniformity.In addition, the paper also pointed the other proposed measures to prevent the moisture damage of asphalt pavements, such as adding anti-stripping agent, improving the standards of compaction, seting pavement drainage system.
